Brought a BFF who's never been here and she loved the whole vibe of this Cafe. Our mocha lattes were amazing and not too sweet. My barista made a fabulous flower in my foam, and service was done with a smile. Update, May 2024, came back with my BFF because we were backing roading over to Essex. The gentleman from Nepal at the counter was extremely funny and had tons of character. He introduced me to their caramel cloud latte. He suggested it iced vs hot and it was fantastic. It immediately delivered on big caramel flavor on the first sip and then as you continue to drink the amazing flavor of the coffee beans they use snuck up on me with that hint of smokiness. I'll definitely get this beverage again.

The coffee was some of the best I've ever had! And that's saying a lot as I've had coffee from all over the world. I had a vanilla latte, and my friend had a mocha, both were very smooth, no bitterness at all. The mocha was full of chocolaty deliciousness. I was in on a Sunday morning and there was live music, provided nice ambiance. If street parking is full there's parking in the back. The back entrance also has a great outdoor patio. They have merchandise, coffee beans, and coffee mugs all for sell in the shop. They also have ice cream that I'll need to make a return trip to try! Would highly recommend a visit!

This place is cute! I was very happy with my Iced Mocha with oat milk! But we were slightly disappointed with the coffee selections. We were looking for a flavored brew, not flavor shots or add ons. It was easy to find but Parking was a bit of an issue. It was on a Thursday morning when everyone is trying to get in and out fast cause they have to work. we were on vacation so our brains weren’t on function mode. I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for a good late!

Zumi's is far more than just a local coffee spot , (this is going to sound Cheesy but it's true) Zumi's is perhaps the heart of the community and cultural hub of Ipswich, the owners are amazing and, do so much for the local community, but also the communities that they source their products from . They are very supportive of their customers and local artists . Oh and the coffee is the bomb!

The coffee is good. The syrups for espresso drinks are not very tasty; they're too sugary/rich. Espresso quality is good though. They also serve ice cream. Cute ambiance inside. Right on the river, so you can stroll with your coffee/ice cream if you don't want to hang out there. Outlets available for laptops and there's WiFi. Parking is in back or on the street out front.

My barista did a good job following my instructions. My latte was just the perfect temperature. I had hot latte and my husband had a mocha. Everyone is very friendly. They have plenty of tables. They sell lots of different coffee beans. My only issue was with cleanliness. There were few flies around our table
