Went here today to try for the first time. They have signs on the door and at the register that they are charging and EXTRA .50/egg. A note to management, egg prices are already figured into your food cost, so by adding .50 per egg you're charging your customer an extra $6 per dozen eggs to eat there. RIDICULOUS!!!!! I can buy eggs at the store for $5/ dzn and your cost should be less than mine since you buy wholesale. Stupid business practice, you are ripping off your customers. We left & did not eat here. I will NEVER be back, you lost a customer for life. A business that's overcharging their customers in an economy like this just to pad their profits will never get my or my family's money. I HIGHLY urge everyone in the area to spend your money elsewhere, don't let this company steal your hard-earned cash. Plus, the other reviews sound like the food isn't any good anyway. If you were charging a modest .10 per egg i would have stayed and you would have made some money. This type of corporate greed will...
Read moreI went to the Biscuitville, Irmo location a couple months back on two separate occasions. The first occasion I order the spicy chicken biscuit and not only was it not spicy, it was raw. Management made it up to me by offering a free meal, which I greatly appreciate. However, the food was still bland including the hash brown casserole I had with my combo. The second occasion I returned I had a free biscuit coupon. Thinking my second visit would be better than the first after they have been open for a while, like everyone else thought, it was not. The biscuit was bland; so I went to CFA which was 100% better. I had high hopes for this restaurant, but sadly those hopes were diminished. Overall, I appreciate management for attempting to make things right with their customers, but the truth is if the wronged cannot be righted after multiple attempts then it’s...
Read moreWe waited a couple of weeks before going, thinking they would have the kinks worked out. We stood in line waiting to place our order( they only had one register open at 10 am on a Friday morning) the lady in front of us had a coupon that nobody knew how to enter. The line kept growing and a cashier and 2 managers were assisting this lady and just letting the line grow without saying we apologize for the wait or anything. Finally a manager took our order, I asked for no egg on my biscuit & they still put it on there with enough mayo to kill someone. The Nashville Hot chicken was not hot, it had no flavor, the grits weren't cooked, they were gritty and watery. This was a big disappointment!!! We won't return!!! Go to Viscous Biscuit, it's 100...
