I usually do not write reviews but this one is needed. I visited the ballentine location on Thursday, September 21. It was late, around 9:45 and right before closing so I was anxious to get my food and go home. Chick-fil-A is known for great customer service and even greater food but I can not say I was impressed with either this evening. Needless to say when I got home (which is 7 minutes away) and began to eat my food I realize this was the worst Chick-fil-a meal I had ever encountered. My fries we extremely hard and my sandwich was rubbery. Now of course I attempted to contact the restaurant but due to it being closing time no one answered the phone. I was so upset about this meal I waited until the next day and called back. I then spoke to a very nice young lady and explained my issue. The lady took down my name and number and told me when I returned they would take care of me. OK fast forward I was not able to return on the 22nd so I returned on the 23rd. When I went in I told the cashier about the problem and she got the manager. The manager then went to the back to look for my name but get this she took a whole 7 minutes to return. Upon returning she said now who did you speak with and you said your order was incorrect right. I informed her that I did not remember the employee's name but surely they had to have some record of my call she took my "name and number" for God sake. The manager then gives me three coupons for entrees. I got back in line to place my order but by now I have had time to read the coupons. I then again told the cashier I was assured my meals would be replaced however the coupons would only replace the sandwiches. So the manager walks over and with an attitude tell her just to ring up my meals and promo them off. The cashier rings up my meals without any further conversation. So as I am waiting on my order the manager then walks back over to the counter and says oh yeah you still have those coupons I need them back. I was horrified. Not only did you guys serve me food the was not edible, you guys had the audacity to make me feel as though I was not telling the truth about my experience and just trying to get free food. To top all of that off I had to deal with the manager having an attitude and embarrassing me in front of other guest about some coupons for free sandwiches. This location really dropped the ball on customer service. I am sure they do not care but they have truly...
Read moreHardly deserves even one star. I experienced some serious cruelty and harassment at Chick-fil-A Ballentine yesterday. myself and my daughter went through the drive-thru to get two combo meals. when we got to the window and checked our bag we only had one sauce and one mayonnaise packet. We were told that they were experiencing a national sauce shortage which is really strange because I work for another local franchise that is very well known and we have no shortage of sauce whatsoever and we offer kindly, as many as any guests would like in addition to the ones that already come with their meal for a small charge. we asked for additional sauces and we're told that we were not allowed to have them. Although we were only given one sauce in one mayonnaise packet for two combo meals. My daughter leaned over and asked the gentleman who was hanging out the window quite frankly if we had to share a sauce and he replied, Yes. I have spent an ungodly amount of money at this establishment since it opened many years ago. And they will no longer receive a dime from me. The gentleman at the drive-thru was rude and not customer service oriented at all. How does one of the biggest fast food establishments have a soft shortage when they sell bottles of their sauce in Walmart locations? You will not get another dime from me so help me God. Claiming to be such good people and such good followers of our savior Jesus Christ and treating people the way you did yesterday.... you should be ashamed of yourselves! Not. Another. DIME! AND QUIT BLOCKING THE INTERSECTION ON 76 BECAUSE OF YOUR TRAFFIC. MANY PEOPLE ARE REALLY REALLY DISGUSTED WITH YOUR BEHAVIOR. MAYBE YOU SHOULD SPEND SOME OF THOSE PROFITS AND ADD AN ADDITIONAL PARKING LOT OR BUY THE PROPERTY BESIDE YOU AND MAKE YOURSELF ANOTHER PARKING LOT THAT WAY YOU DON'T CLOG UP HIGHWAY 76 EVERY SINGLE DAY FROM 11:00 A.M. TO 1:00 P.M.. I noticed you only respond to positive reviews so I'm very interested to see what you'll have to say about mine. God Bless...
