Connor and Aaron are absolutely the best! I recently went to the Verizon Store located on Dutch Fork Road to seek help with my gps dropping. Connor quickly identified the problem and then became my advocate for a solution with Verizon tech support. The solution was I would receive a new phone delivered overnight to replace the defective one. However, after receiving the new one and following directions explicitly, I could not load content from the cloud to it! I then wasted hours with a rep on the phone who then said I would be contacted by a level III tech! After some time, I received a text from someone introducing themselves and asking me what the issue is I need help with! Are you kidding me! After working with someone who couldn’t help I now have to start the whole process over again! When I expressed my concern about not being able to talk personally with someone they texted back saying they’ll contact me in the morning to continue! It’s now well after 9 p.m. and I’ve about had it with so called tech support! The next day, I went back to the Verizon store however CONNOR wasn’t in yet. I introduced myself to AARON, briefly described my problem and within minutes was on my way to having my issues taken care of! Bottom line is this. These two gentlemen exhibited professionalism and genuine concern for me. They gave me their undivided attention and dealt with my issue through to completion and my satisfaction! I wish I could give a higher recommendation than outstanding for the Verizon store on Dutch Fork Road! Thank you...
Read moreI went to the store to upgrade my phone to S9 the sales girl there Started all friendly, tried to get me to upgrade several different products Which I would not do. After purchasing the new S9 phone the sales associate would not tell me what they were doing with my phone to transfer the information over and became extremely agitated when I insisted that they let me know what they were doing with my sensitive personal information The sales associate got extremely agitated and literally threw her phone up against the wall and told me if I Interrupted her again she would make me return my new S9 phone and I would not get an Upgrade. At this point I told her that is exactly what she would do and I would purchase my products from anouther store. I reached out to upper management at TCC, the parent company for the store and got absolutely no satisfaction whatsoever. I could never recommend this store or any other Verizon stores owned by this company to any of my friends or family, my advice would be to stay...
Read moreI'm having technical problems with my phone and was told to go to a location to have it resolved. I showed the employee the error message on my phone and was told there was nothing wrong with my phone maybe just the app. I went to the mobile site and was unable to get past this error message there as well. They continued to argue that nothing was wrong and they couldn't do anything to resolve the issue. I called verizon, spoke with an agent that said he would mail to me what I was trying to pick up from the location. So now I have to wait for something that should have been provided at the store. Further I tried discussing my plan and a cheaper plan I wanted to switch to, I was told they couldn't change it, I'd have to do it myself on the app after I fixed my technical problem. Last I tried to purchase an accessory item for my phone and was told for some reason they couldn't sell the item. Their system wouldn't let them. So in all a complete waste of time and couldn't get help...
