At 10:35 on July 26, I entered this establishment and placed an order at their kiosk (there were no signage posted on the kiosk that they were "out" of anything or that the grill was closed", as there was no available person to take my order at the counter. Upon completing my order, the cashier comes out from the back and tells me they cannot complete my order as they were "out" of what I ordered. After a few well-placed questions, it's actually because they have turned off the grill and we're cleaning. At this time, I had also asked for the GM's name and inquired about how I could contact a regional or corporate representative. After this attitude changed, I did inquire why they were "closed" before their closing hours posted on the door. She let me know this was a common practice at their establishment. I then requested a refund of the amount I spent and was told it would "take some time" for the refund to be reflected on my card. No expectation was set for when that would be. I let the cashier know that this was all I had left for food money this evening, and there was little empathy shown for my request. Even with her manager on the phone at this point, there was nothing that could be done.
This is just an instance of poor customer service at this location. It's incredibly frustrating to have an area near your home that consistently provides poor service. There is ALWAYS a reason why something is messed up, slow, or missing. I don't know who the operating partner is for this location. Still, I would like you to take a deep dive into your operating procedures and how you allow your leadership to operate this location, or the lack thereof. There is a lack of give a damn at this location.
Shut it down or run it properly... We should bring this location and its practices to the next city council meeting to see if we can require the store to change its practices if it wishes to continue operating in the...

We stood there watching the guy at the drive thru window try to ignore us. Minutes later, the gentleman that was fixing the burgers in the back came to the front to tell us we would have to us the kiosk. After learning how to use the kiosk as an older person (and I was the youngest of the 3 at 54), we waited. When the younger guy handed me the bag, like he was looking away from me, I glanced in the bag and said this is not the full order. Then I started going through the bag to see that the bacon Whopper was missing. The young guy reaches back and handed me the burger. We sat down to eat and noticed that the double Whopper was a single Whopper. The older man kept asking which one was supposed to have double everything. I said twice, mine is a regular Whopper. He stated but one was supposed to be extra, which one was supposed to have extra. I said his, mine is just a regular Whopper. He acted as if we were trying to pull a fast one when he stood there and said he didn't realize the other sandwich was a double. So in my mind, satisfy your customers and get it over with. Yet, his tone was not pleasant nor was his actions. I still don't understand why he took my receipt and bag since my brother handed him the burger. That was 25 Fetch point!
