I have been here five times, since this location's grand opening, I would have given no stars if I could for the service but added one star for a drive thru option. With that being said, drive thru and counter services are horrible, the first time I was there, that was the only time that the service and drinks were okay, not great or good but okay. The very last visit was today and this prompted me to write this review, the management has to do something about this location and train their employees better. I don't expect much from customer service stand point, I go to Starbucks for coffee not for a great customer service. For a slow Sunday night, this location had 4 employees standing around doing absolutely next to nothing. I was only one of two customers in the store during that time, I ordered two drinks, no cars in the drive thru, but I waited for about 10 minutes for my drinks. This location doesn't know how to make good caramel macchiato, I gave this many tries from my five different visits. The second drink sticker printed but just sat there on there machine, non of the 4 employees cared to look at it and one of the girl went "who's going to make this drink", so this is a pick and choose game they are playing I am assuming, fun time on a Sunday night at Starbucks. They look at each other and one ending up taking the sticker, like he volunteered to do thia, he looked at me like I should be thankful that he is finally making my drink. He also asked me if I want it on ice or frappuccino, that was when I had it, if I wanted my drink on ice, I would have ordered iced, but I clearly ordered frappuccono, what about just follow what that sticker says and make my drink. The Starbucks on Harbison is the location to be even with the traffic I would make the trip, I don't recommend this location and will not recommend to any of my neighbours, not until they find better employees or train them better,...

I give everyone three chances and this Starbucks has made several errors! 1st time was 5 months ago: I got coffee for the office (5 drinks and two of them didn’t have flavor shots put in… so I had to drive back and the manager yelled at me! I even brought back the undrank drinks!! So rude and terrible customer service).. 2nd time I popped my lid off the drink when I got home and it wasn’t filled all the way and I was thinking maybe it was an accident … today is the 3rd change and last: I get to the window and the lady rambles off the wrong order and I correct her, she takes my payment then hands me the wrong sizes.. I tell her and she asks me to move forward to wait (the car prior was having issues with the phone app and everyone had to wait for 9 min behind her and she didn’t have to move forward), so couple mins later they come out and we exchange the wrong ones with the correct ones… well one of them was a cinnamon dolce extra shot of espresso and I get home and check and it’s not filled all the way to the top! This is literally a crime selling people venti or large drinks but only giving them medium drinks in their cups.. I took i picture this time!! But seriously, this restaurant is scamming their customers and has terrible customer service! Watch out and check your drinks before you leave the drive thru!! It’s a Lesson I’m learning...
Read moreThis has to be the most inept Starbucks on the face of the planet. I've been coming to this location since it opened up all most two years ago and the first 2 or 3 months I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to training new staff and so on but this place is still horrible. Between getting drinks completely wrong, making drinks in correctly (yes caramel goes in the caramel macchiato), giving you a iced drink when you order it hot or a hot drink when you order it iced, having drinks watered down and the one that really gets me is not give me a full cup.....if I wanted a Grande I would have ordered a Grande instead of a venti. I've gotten to the point to where I expect my drink to be wrong and consider it a treat when it is actually made correctly. The only reason I still come to this location is due to the fact its the closest one to my house (20 mins away) and it has a drive thru. When time allows I try to avoid this one and go to the location in Harbision which is walk-in only.
Oh and whoever picked their new hours of operation must be a former government employee cause they make no sense...
