ButterKreme Queen has a lovely atmosphere with genuinely kind staff, which made my visit enjoyable from a service standpoint. Unfortunately, the food just wasn’t quite to my taste. I tried the banana pudding, which had more layers of bananas, cookies and cream than actual pudding. For $10, I was hoping for a more generous portion of the pudding itself and overall the flavor was a little underwhelming. The turtle cheesecake leaned more on the sweet side than the creamy, cheesy texture I personally prefer in a cheesecake. The chewy treats, however, were good. I recently visited ButterKreme Queen Bakery and tried their oversized cinnamon roll, and it was nothing short of amazing! The roll was huge—perfect for sharing (or indulging solo, no judgment!). The dough was soft and fluffy, with just the right balance of sweetness and spice. The cinnamon filling was generous, with a gooey, caramelized texture that paired perfectly with the cream cheese frosting on top. We bought two of them. 😃

What really stood out was how fresh it tasted—it’s clear they bake these with care. The portion size is excellent for the price, and it’s served warm, making it impossible to resist.

Nice spot... clean and friendly service. All the desserts look very good. The smell is amazing, and you will want to try some of everything. I went to pick up a few things for some co-workers, and we all had similar responses. It looks good, but we may have caught them on a bad day. Nothing tasted fresh. You could tell everything had been baked a few days ago and was slightly stale. I can see the potential if this place is caught on a good day where the cakes are fresh. We had the turtle cake, carrot cake, lemon blueberry, and 6 flavor pound cake. I tried both the turtle and the carrot.
