Delicious bubble tea and gourmet cookies. A great treat for yourself and your kids. The decor of this place is awesome. It's definitely a place to take some selfies. This shop is always spotless! The staff (no matter who is working the register) are always very friendly, nice, and eager to help. They have no problems taking customers' orders and making your treats exactly how you like them. I like my Thai tea very strong, and they had no problem adding more flavor in for me. The bathroom is very clean. There is always parking. They have free stickers for the kids to take upon order, but I have to admit I have taken them to before. So cute! The cinnamon toast crunch, red velvet, smore, and sugar cookie are some of the best tasting cookies on the planet. Truly cookies on a different level. I visited the Irmo location after being in town for an errand. The cookies were fantastic although I had scoped the place out prior and to be honest I was sold on going when I saw the guava cookie. Sadly I had major disappointment when that cookie wasn’t listed . I’m not a huge cookie fan but it was worth the trip for the boba tea alone. I had banana tea with passion fruit boba. Outstanding. Had to take a star away because our order wasn’t ready after we ordered online and were told the time to pickup. They hadn’t even tried to fill the order and there wasn’t a single customer in the place....

I am a frequent patron of this establishment and have consistently enjoyed the food and desserts. However, my most recent order was extremely disappointing. •2 boba drinks •2 cookies •1 milkshake The cookies appeared to have been left out for an extended period, and despite my request to have them heated, they were not. The icing on both cookies was hard. Furthermore, the service provided by the male staff member on 4/10/25 did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Mingos.
