McDonald's — Restaurant in Iron River

Manager was rude right off the bat because I wanted a pup cup as we had recieves multiple from this location before but they apparently aren't supposed to. We used points to get an item and went back around to get another but they won't even take our order. They haven't even mentioned refusing to serve us just won't say anything and anytime we move they help the next person instead. They haven't said they are refusing us service just not even acknowledging us. When we refused to leave the line they just let the line build up until we leave and then help the next person. They aren't busy whatsoever as we have sat for 20 min in order for other people to show up. They are not closed as we can see them and everything is on. When we went back around they even ran to hide in the back. All we got were a couple ice cream cones so I just don't understand why the pup cup caused...

Every time lately they have been messing up our orders and have been rude. Ordered a large drink with our food and on the screen they put medium so we corrected them and said no i asked for a large drink, they say okay and finally when we got to the window the woman is standing there with a medium drink even though it was supposed to be changed back to what we actually asked for. Once again said no its supposed to be large but she continued to just hold the drink out the window looking like a deer in headlights. Something here needs to change. Very disappointed with all the issues we've had here.

The staff was extremely rude. I went inside to order yesterday and first of all, the kid taking our order seemed utterly annoyed and slammed our empty cups on the counter hard enough for one to knock over and fly off the counter. There was a female worker complaining about someone not making up their mind on something they were ordering through the drive thru. They decided they wanted it last minute and she flipped out saying "oh my god they were going back and forth and so I was like fine youre not getting it! I don't play those games! I won't put up with it! Nope!" Another time I was in the drive thru and another female worker literally told me the person behind me ordered extra pickles but he sounded rude so she wasn't going to put the order for extra pickles through.
