I used to enjoy coming here, but unfortunately it has really gone down hill. My children wanted to come here for a celebration dinner. My daughter and I decided to split a BLT after the waitress let us know how huge they were. I appreciated the information and we waited for our meal. When it arrived, it ended up being just a BT. When I asked about the lettuce, I was told that she forgot they didn't have any and then went on to explain how a head of lettuce cost them $23 and a package of shredded was over a hundred. That's very sad to hear, but when someone orders a BLT, lettuce is kind of expected and should have been told was unavailable. Ok. So I go to pay and main it to the much older woman (than the server) who apologized and told me she would take 10% off and then goes on to charge me THE EXACT AMOUNT THAT WAS ON THE RECEIPT! At this point, I had enough and just left, still leaving a tip. And mind you, there were no other tables with patrons in the entire restaurant. And watched some blue haired girl fall in the ice cream freezer and have to be pulled out. No longer will be a...
Read moreWe chose the restaurant side of Outer Limits because it was 7pm on a Friday and we thought the bar side might be crowded. The waitress took our order and brought our drinks. We(my husband, my son and myself) were talking about how much we preferred being on the restaurant side because it had a better atmosphere than the bar side. We had been talking and enjoying ourselves when we all needed refills on our drinks. Unfortunately there was no one around to take our reorders. It was almost 8pm and we had been waiting almost an hour for our food! In fact we noticed that other people were getting their food served and they had come in after us. Finally found the waitress and was told that our order had some how been forgotten. By the time we were served and finished it had been an hour and 45 mins from when we first walked in. I don't know if someone was having a bad day or what the problem was but you just don't let your customers get forgotten. As a waitress it is your responsibility to make sure your customer leaves happy. Sorry Outer Limits, you didn't make warp...
Read moreYikes! First and last time here. We came in to have dinner and it took over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. The waitress was ... quirky? That's the best way to put it nicely. She came over to inform us that it was raining outside, but didn't ask us much about our food, there really wasn't any kind of customer service. My boyfriend ordered mac and cheese bites. They were literally half frozen when he got them. Had to ask to reheat them.I got a taco salad. Bland and basic, but I wasn't expecting much. Waitress came over and instead of inquiring about our food just asked if we wanted our check. All super weird and awkward vibes. A customer had also brought their dog with them to dinner inside the restaurant. There was stuff all over the place, just not somewhere I'd want to eat....
