The drive through communication was terrible and they got my order wrong. First a lady took my order for a basic combo meal no cheese. She made it large without asking. I had to ask a second time for no cheese, and then it showed up correctly on the board. I asked for a medium combo instead of large. Throughout this entire time, she was frequently talking either to me or someone else, so it was really hard to have even a short conversation. Then suddenly a guy came on and asked if he could take my order. I said there was already someone doing that, and he said he could finish it. I said okay, can you see what’s already on the board? Then he disappeared and the first lady came back on. She asked me what drink, I said Barqs, which is on their menu board. She couldn’t understand me so I said root beer. I had to ask 3 or 4 times for light ice before she said she understood, because she was still talking to other people inside the shop. Finally the order was completed, and I pulled forward. The drink had basically no ice instead of easy ice, and the burger had cheese. While at the pickup window waiting and looking in, I could see very few people and all of them running around, so it looks like they were understaffed. Read moreI’m a fast food connoisseur. I always visit various fast food places, and usually fast food are just places to come and grab a quick meal, nothing too special. All the other places I’ve been to are just mid-quality, but this Carl’s Jr location feels like a home to me, so I’ve been a long time regular here.
Food quality is super fresh and tasty, with varieties of choices. The customer service is top notch. I particularly appreciate—really appreciate—Martha’s customer service and kindness. I’m usually not a morning person, but Martha always brings a smile to my face as she’s not just a kind cashier and server, but also a great friend and a fellow customer service worker. By the way, it isn’t just limited to me and myself—she also brings a smile to everyone who encounters her. It’s truly an amazing feat, someone who could bring a smile to everyone she sees. I truly admire it, and it’s very honorable.

Read moreI'm going to say that this was the worst Carl's Jr I've been to. Honestly I don't eat Carl's Jr often anyways but with this experience it really makes you want to not go more. I've ordered 3 different burger combo but what I got was all same. By the time I realized it, I was already home and it was not worth it for me to go back and ask for the right one. Second time I went was worst. I lost the footage of what I recorded so I can't upload the clip but the burger was clearly burnt and it was rock hard on the top. Thankfully (I don't know if I should be thankful but), not all of them turned burnt so we shared the other one but it was absolutely the worst. The employee should have noticed it was clearly burnt and should have told us it is burnt or change it but they gave it like nothing was wrong and we found out after we came home. I really wished my photos weren't lost so I can show everyone how awful it was but sadly, I lost all my photos while switching to new phone.
