Iām beyond furious and disappointed! My daughter ordered a large Mango Sago with extra cheese foam, and what did we get? A Strawberry Cheezo without any foam! Are you guys even paying attention? Whatās worse, the drink was full of scraps and leftover bitsāabsolutely disgusting! We clearly ordered #50262, but you even had the nerve to change our order number without notifying us. When we pointed out that it was the wrong drink, your staff casually said, āOh, weāre out of mango, so we just switched it for you.ā Excuse me? Do you not care that someone could be allergic to strawberries? Who do you think you are to make such a decision for your customers?
I specifically paid extra for the cheese foam, and when I asked for it, your manager, with the most condescending attitude, said, āWeāll add it for free.ā Free? I already paid for it! What kind of customer service is this? In any decent store, if they run out of something, theyād offer a replacement, refund, and maybe even a small gift as compensation. But here? You give me attitude as if Iām begging for charity! We waited in line for ages, and all we got was frustration and disrespect.
This was your new store in Irvine, and we were actually excited about it, but now Iām completely disgusted. Iāve always been a fan of Heytea, but after this experience, Iāll never come back. I donāt want anyone else to go through what we did, so unless you want to waste your time and get treated like a beggar, stay away from this place.

Brutally honest here!! I went on Tuesday, day 5 i believe. I got here at 10:40 with plenty of parking. They had the doors open already and a messy line with a terrible line plan with about 20 people waiting. They didnāt start orders until 11am.
Theyāre inflating their reviews. Dishonest methods, disappointing to see from a business. Most of the early 5 star reviews arenāt honestly given. They are ābribingā people to give a 5 star review specifically on google maps by giving them a free magnet.
The line situation is bad!!!! Besides opening week hype (long lines are expected) the employee was guiding everyone in and overcrowded the inside to the point of fire hazard. in such a small store space Youāre also crossing over everyone inside to get to the ordering station, sitting area, and pick up area. There is no obvious waiting area like you would go there. the line goes past the chairs that are inside so itās crowded. they have another employee entrance under a tv that is also crowded because there is another employee taking orders like an in n out drivein.
Compared to other boba places where the line is long (ex Omomo). Itās a terrible experience.

Coconut Mango Blue - 3 / 5 The drink itself has a heavy coconut and mango taste along with slices to it. I wasn't sure what the blue piece of the drink was, food coloring perhaps? There was a little bit of tea at the very bottom but I felt like I was drinking a blend of desert in my drink rather then a beverage. I didn't feel my thirst quenched and actually felt a little thirsty afterward. The tea was minimum and the contents inside my drink was pretty heavy. I was a little full from it as a result. I'm not sure I would recommend it to someone that's thirsty.
There was no where to sit inside and you will be paying premium at $6.99 for the drink with some up to $7.99. The service is unfortunately quite slow despite them having like 4-5 people behind the counter. For me personally, I waited for 15 minutes with 3 parties in front of me before I got my drink.
If you see this store, I'm sure it'll strike your curiosity but once you have your drink and you come to your senses....you'll realize to yourself that at $7.99, this is at peak pricing even for premium boba and there are plenty of alternatives at this price point.
Seeing these random 5 star reviews from new reviewers from Google, it looks suspiciously bot related and yup, this place is going downward...
