The hot deli Chinese takout used to be quite delicious during the old Sam Woo/Pre-pandemic days when they even had pork belly stew with preserved vegetables. But today, parts of the skin on the shrimp dim sum was harder than a hard gummy bear, and parts of the orange chicken crust was crunchier than a kfc extra crispy!! Could only eat the insides of both. Fried rice was ok, but bland like the eggplant. Fried large shrimp decent as was the tiny pork dim sum. Oddly, chicken feet was the best tasting. Have you ever heard of any dining establishment that refuses to provide … water? Any kind of water?? “Aisle 5! Go buy one!” Is that even legal to sell food to dine-in and refuse water? The dimsum tastes fine but be prepared for grumpy, sullen, rude service...

我必须要写这个评价，让我太失望了。我今天买了一整只roast duck（烧鸭），结果服务员切完给我装了一堆乱七八糟的部位，全是没法吃的边角料，除了四肢脖子头，我几乎找不到一块可以吃的好肉，大家都知道，烧鸭主要是吃胸部，一块像样的胸部切块都看不到。他们家怎么能这么做生意，太差劲了。大家以后买烧鸭一定要小心！

I must write this review because I am extremely disappointed. Today, I purchased a whole roast duck, but after the server carved it, I was given a box filled with miscellaneous parts, mostly inedible scraps. Apart from the limbs, neck, and head, I could hardly find any good meat. As everyone knows, the main part of a roast duck is the breast, yet I couldn’t find a single decent piece of breast meat. How can this establishment conduct business in such a manner? It’s truly terrible. Everyone, please be cautious when buying roast duck from them...
