The Image of the office is excellent, when having people come to the office, make sure you tell them NOT to put in the suite number or they will end up a mile and a half away. The staff goes through periodic changes, I have in a 9 month span of being here, been through 3 managers onsite. Each time they have messed up my initial agreed rent amount and deposit amount. They eventually get it right but it is a hassle and unnecessary, wish they would just stick to what initially was negotiated with out the hassle . Reason for the low score however is the hourly staff on multiple occasions has forgotten or had other things keep them from letting me know a client was waiting for me in the lobby, which is one of the reasons for paying 100 a square foot for my office space. I feel i am paying to much and getting a service that is not 5 star but rather 2. be aware , if you are looking for reliability with consistent appointments, and notifications, may be better off else where. The straw that broke the camels back however was the attitude i received from the receptionist when looking for help with access to my office, I contacted her after receiving her number from another Tennant, looking to get help in accessing my office, she yelled and screamed offering 0 help wanting to know how i received her number. I was seeking help or a direction to get help. I contacted corporate, who helped me get in my office 3 hours later. The worst part though was the following Monday, she was rude unprofessional and made a scene in the front, that made me question why I ever chose REGUS in the first place definitely not putting the tenant 1st. My original Regus in san diego was never like this, and would have expected some kind of up grade to the staff after the event, but instead, I put in my notice, and received, no attempt to keep me, but instead was told it would be best to avoid her, which is impossible since she literally is in the front handling my clients with a negative tone and attitude, a consistent cold and rude individual in the front who continues to work here, even after the rude, and unprofessional manner in which she continues to operate. I have talked to other tenants who also are displeased with the individual, and the way management looses their grip on whats been negotiated on each transition that takes place every 3 months, almost like a scheme to attempt to get you to pay more, than what you initially agreed, don't let them push you around if you do take an office space. Glad I am leaving, good riddance, take some advice, avoid this place...

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Jennifer Salcedo at Spaces Irvine Spectrum, and I must say, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Jennifer's complete lack of professionalism, her failure to return emails, and her total absence of integrity made this a truly terrible encounter.
First and foremost, Jennifer Salcedo's customer service skills are abysmal. From the moment I reached out to her with inquiries, it was clear she had no interest in helping me or addressing my concerns. Her responses were short, dismissive, and lacked any semblance of courtesy. It's as if she believes customers are a nuisance rather than the lifeblood of her business.
Furthermore, Jennifer's inability to return emails in a timely manner is baffling. I understand that people can be busy, but her consistent failure to respond to my emails left me feeling ignored and unimportant. It's astonishing that someone in a customer-facing role could be so negligent when it comes to basic communication.
But what truly shocked me was Jennifer Salcedo's complete lack of integrity. When I raised valid concerns about the services provided, she brushed them off and even attempted to deflect blame onto me. It's clear that she values her commission more than her customers' satisfaction. Her dishonesty and refusal to take responsibility for her mistakes demonstrate a complete lack of ethical behavior.
In conclusion, my experience with Jennifer Salcedo at Spaces Irvine Spectrum was a nightmare. Her terrible customer service, unresponsiveness to emails, and lack of integrity left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Spaces Irvine Spectrum to think twice and consider alternative options where your needs will be valued and respected. Jennifer Salcedo's behavior is a disgrace to the concept of customer service, and I would give her a zero-star...
Read moreDeceptive business practices. Regus signs you up in a yearly contract that auto renews, and you cannot break it except for the renewal date. They do not make this clear up front or each time it renews. They purposely do not bring this up until you cancel. There is no contract to be found on the portal they assign you. Even when I asked for a copy of the contract, they ignored me. Most emails to Ashley Baria Community Manager, 7545 Irvine Center Drive, Suite 200, Irvine CA 92616 regarding the matter go unanswered. Or Ashley says when will check with management and then does nothing. All request to escalate go unanswered. Request for a copy of the alleged agreement, go unanswered. We have gone out of business and notified them 2 months after the auto renew that went to an email I rarely used. I was with Regus for 3 years and this is how they stick it to a loyal customer who lost their business due to Covid. Definitely will never use or recommend...
