The elderly are increasingly availing themselves of the many eldercare (and equivalent) experts, including home care and hospice. These experts should be coordinating to avoid possible chaos. It's almost like a house renovation with the plumber, painter, carpenter, and electrician being in the same house—different areas of expertise focused on their disparate solutions. Without a superintendent, these experts have to all be supers to some degree. Jessica and TheKey are such superintendents on top of being adroit experts in home care.
