This past weekend, I stopped by to order a single pizza while I bought a few things inside. They told me to come back in 30 mins to the pizza pickup window. I came back and waited in line for an additional 45 mins. There were 3 people in front of me and when it was my turn, the employee said "1 minute" but I was not helped for for over 30 min. A woman tried jumping the line and said she had been waiting 30 mins so she needed to grab her pizza. I said Ive been waiting over an hour and to wait like everyone else. She went to the front window to ask for her pizza and the employees gave her her pizza and I immediately began asking why she got her order when I and everyone behind me, have been waiting over an hour. The employee then asked if my half and half was ready and another employee pointed to a box that has been sitting there for a while. I have never been so upset with customer service. My pizza was cold by the time he handed it to me, thats how long I was waiting. I am never ordering from this excuse of a food...
Read moreTerrible customer service. I order led my pizza 45 minutes ahead of time and when I arrived they said it wasn’t ready and they had to remake it because I took too long...??? Both the girl and the guy (maybe the manager) had a terrible attitude and didn’t seem to care that I had to sit there and wait even though I clearly ordered in advance because I was in a hurry. It seems like the two employees do not enjoy their job, they seemed miserable. On a Wednesday evening at 7pm working the phone order window. I walked to my car to put away my groceries and when I came back they demanded I show the receipt for the 3rd time in literally 3 minutes and made me walk back to my car to get it. I just think this was a little extreme and I would never want someone to treat my customers that way. Hopefully this message will inspire some change in behavior because I do love...

You then take your receipt back into the line to wait again. This naturally causes confusion for the masses, where people who waited in line a first time (only to be turned away) will self-justify cutting in line to get their orders fulfilled by the kiosk receipt, which pisses off the regular folks patiently waiting and the employees working the counter alike.
It'd be fine if there was signage describing the system, but there isn't...
