KFC — Restaurant in Irvine

Yesterday I visited the Culver Drive location and ordered a Family Box of 16 pieces of chicken and four sides, it came with biscuits and an extra two sides. The order took a while to complete but my number came up. Normally I wouldn't bother to check my order but as it was quite large my husband and I checked through it at the nearest table. Instead of total six sides I had five, and instead of 16 pieces of chicken I had only 8!!!!! I took my receipt and complaint to the counter. To my surprise no one asked to check my order, there was no apology from the staff, no one took the person who packed my order aside and asked them what happened. It was as though no one was surprized that I was complaining. What would have happened had I not checked the order and had driven the 15 minutes home and then come back??? An assistant did pack me 8 pieces of chicken, these were perhaps the smallest pieces she could find. Unfortunately there aren't any other KFC nearby. I shall not be a frequent customer to this location in Culver Drive and I suggest that any customer who does go there checks their order to see that they are not being short changed as the stores lack of concern makes me think this is common practise at...

Horrible costumer service. We ordered a “chicken sandwich combo” and didn’t receive our fries. We were handed the drink only. We got back in line to ask for our fries and the girl argued with us saying we never ordered a combo yet she handed us a drink. She laughed and said that now that we are in line we now HAVE to also pay for that drink that was given to us AND the fries. This makes absolutely no sense when the combo that we ordered has to Include it. She argued with us and shut us down by telling us she will hand us our receipt at the window to prove us wrong. Keep in mind she gave us attitude the whole time. We saw he looking for our order and the computer said “combo”. By the time we got to the window she had a male step in to hand us the fries . She wouldn’t even look at us nor handed us our promised receipt. IT WAS THE PREGNANT LADY AT THIS LOCATION. Then when we told the guy she gave us attitude he did not care at all. Please work on your costumer service. I felt a lot of aggressiveness from her. And after she saw she was wrong she didn't even apologize...

The Worst KFC Ever!!! Ordered crispy bucket and hot wings to go. After opening the bucket, I was so shocked that all chickens were colored in black tan instead of the usual golden brown. It is obvious that the OIL is very old. So I took it back to the store and asked the front girl why is the color of chicken is so Dark and this blond girl looked through the receipt and she said that " well, it has been over an hour and it changes its color after more than an hour" It was so funny how this girl had no clue why their fried chicken is dark. The manager came out gave us the new ones but they were also in bad shape. So I asked, how often they change the oil and the manager said, about twice a week. I was expecting once a day. In short, after reading other reviews on google, I can see why there are so many bad reviews. Staffs are poorly trained and they have show no respect for the food they are offering to the public.
