KFC — Restaurant in Irvine

After pulling up to the drive-thru speaker at approximately 10:04 AM, (Opens at 10 AM) no one answered the intercom. From there, I drive to the pick up window in efforts to see if the people inside were willing to take my order. Instead, an employee by the name "Rocio", angrily tells me to go around the drive-thru again laughing along side the other employee who was the one that handed me my order. Confused at why she was so rude, I come inside attempting to speak with Rocio, but was greeted with pure belligerence and antagonism. I briefly explained to her how belligerent it is to speak to someone in the manner and expression she had shown me. She assertively explains that they were not open and in response I explained while that was not a problem at all, her behavior and the way she had confronted me, was the problem. She did not respond and contradicted by trying to walk away from me carelessly, but I interrupt her, and respectfully ask for her name. She only gave me hers, and refused to give the other employees name then walked away paying no mind to me. I feel Rocio acknowledged what she had done but due to her antagonistic and belligerent behavior, she simply did not care at all and walked away and avoided me. I still am confused to why Rocio treated me this way, especially since I am friendly person and had not even said a word to her. I hope nobody has to go through unnecessary experiences such as I had, and hope this feedback helps this location create a better consumer experience. Thank you Fabian for the extra chicken tender!

When I arrived, there wasn't anyone in the line at the time so the woman at the counter (she didn't give me her name) was very kind and friendly. I ordered a famous bowl combo with a 3-pc chicken tender.

As I waited for my food, which only took about 5 minutes, I noticed the smell out of the restroom became very unbearable. I wish they had the doors closed or had them cleaned properly.

The same woman who took my order gave me my food and I thanked her. As I got to my car and opened my chicken box, I noticed that SOMEONE threw in an extra tender for me!

Now, customer service definitely earns a three star rating from me. Unfortunately for the food, I couldn't eat it all. It was WAY too seasoned in pepper and way too spicy for me to finish. Worse service in the world. I craved chicken so I went to this location on Jeffrey. I ordered 4 piece chicken with mashed potatoes, biscuits and fries. I didn’t get Chicken but chicken nuggets, no biscuits and instead of mashed potatoes, I got Mac n cheese. The lady who took my order kept saying anything else? Her voice was very unenthusiastic, and when I came around to pay drive thru-I kept hearing the “f” word when she spoke to her colleagues. I got a large Pepsi but she recorded medium. I know she heard me right because she asked if I wanted original or crispy. I couldn’t wait to get my food n go. If they only got one thing right which was the chicken I wouldn’t have reported this.
