Stopped to grab breakfast here before our flight. I must say I'm pretty disappointed with the poor management here. We had to wait a little longer for our food because they placed our number on someone else's order. My breakfast bowl was lacking in quantity & flavor. Most disturbing was how dirty the place was. The trash can next to the straws was overflowing & the one next to the dining tables had trash visibly underneath it along with some kind of spill that looked like it was there for several days. There was also trash scattered here & there on the floors. Does their back of house kitchen match their front of house as well? A honest cashier stated “yes we found your cup it should be here.” The Manager whom Id say should be more mature, stuttered and said oh maybe it’s at lost of and found. Honest cashier oh no it was here. Checked with airports lost and found and it was never turned in. Called McDonald’s back, asked again for the cup. When asked to provide me with their corporate number I was hung up on (male answered the phone). Called once more a female answered this time she acted like she couldn’t hear me, she proceeded to tell the other person I was again asking for the corporate number and again I was hung up on. The line was at least 15 people deep and he continuously told Everyone with a smile on his face that he would be right with them. He was working the register and the coffee machine all by himself. The ladies in the back were hustling so hard trying to get the food out as quick as possible. Unfortunately the coffee machine broke in the middle of him making coffees. He smiled and said- I’m so sorry the hot coffee machine is broken but can I offer you iced? This guy had minimal help and continue to give great customer service in a conflict.
