Mori’s in Irvine is one of those rare finds where healthy meets delicious in the best possible way. I came in craving something light and got the Caesar salad with grilled chicken—and while it was super fresh and satisfying, what really stood out were the other dishes on the menu. This place nails the balance between clean eating and real flavor. Their Asian fusion bowls with cooked veggies and soba noodles are next-level. You can taste the freshness in every bite—the veggies are vibrant and crisp, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the sauces pack serious flavor without being heavy or greasy. I love that the portions are just right. You leave feeling full, but energized—not weighed down. It’s the kind of spot I could honestly eat at daily and not get bored. Everything feels thoughtfully made, and the ingredients are clearly high quality. The vibe is casual and chill—perfect for a quick lunch, a solo dinner, or even a low-key date night. If you’re used to grabbing a salad like I am, I still recommend stepping out and trying one of the warm bowls. Mori’s is officially on my repeat list.

So glad they opened near the condo complexes! The team is so kind and the boba and bowls are amazing. You can do vegetarian versions of every dish with tofu substitute. You can either eat at the tables inside or outside. There’s comfy communal couches just a few feet away outside! They do offer free Assam Tea with Boba to gather reviews while they’re still brand new, but I was about to leave a 5 star anyway. I’ve been here a handful of times since they’ve opened and everything I’ve had is amazing and worth the price.

The Orleans chicken rice bowl is a must-try! The chicken is tender, juicy, and full of flavor — perfectly seasoned with a slight kick. It’s filling but still feels like a healthy option, especially paired with their fresh veggies. I also love the overall vibe at Moris — the environment is bright and clean, and the service is always fast and polite. Great spot whether you’re eating in or grabbing something on the go!

Cute Asian inspired cafe serving matcha, ube, coffee, and seemingly healthy eats conveniently located in the condos next door to our apartment. It’s hard to get excited about good matcha in OC - there’s just so much of it. But I am honestly obsessed with this coconut latte! With 25% sweetness, it’s nutty and complemented the espresso quite well. Sadly, I returned yesterday and they were out of the coconut already. If this place can keep their stock consistent, I will become a regular customer. The other thing I’ll mention is their hours don’t really line up with a coffee shop or a matcha place, not opening until after 9 and...
