Their combined expertise, professionalism, and commitment to my recovery has been nothing short of life-changing. From my initial consultation to my final check up, I felt like I was in the most capable and caring hands. Dr. Wang is a phenomenal surgeon and did an amazing job. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my shoulder and clearly explained the surgical procedure and the expected recovery process. I have been to many urgent care and emergency room facilities, in my time, and I can say this visit was probably one of the best experiences for a time when I need medical help. I already go to UCI health in Costa Mesa for my primary care and my overall experience with the network is great. However with this new flagship hospital and care center, you'll find a modern experience that makes it easy and straightforward to get the care you need.

The doctor that helped me was exemplary, and not only worked to figure out what I was dealing with in the moment, but helped me realize my mental health was comprised causing the problem that I came in for. So thank you UCI Health, for your the impressive care from your team.

Never coming back to this urgent care. Our insurance said this is the closest urgent care to our home so we took our son there when he was sick, the visit went well. I broke my toe last week and we came in and the lady at the front said they don’t take our insurance, after I already told her we’ve been there with no issues. She told me to call my insurance (seems like that would be their job) after my wife told her we’ve been there she said ok and we can be seen…very odd. Anyways the back staff was decent but the front desk staff are very rude and unhelpful. They boot they put on my foot is way too small. I called after my visit to ask about changing medication and the lady was very unhelpful and hung up on me. Then they called me today and told me they were giving me a “warning” to not use profanity when I return. Was laughable because I never used any profanity whatsoever.
