Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Irving

Before I start with my experiences I always thank God for blessing me the live to see a brand new day. The days that God blessed me is so precious to me these days because we just don't know when it's going to be our last day. I hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday. When I explain myself to the public about my experiences I am telling the honestly truth about the places that I go to visit each and every day when I do go. And I really do want to tell the public that I am not a Braum's regular customer until recently. And the reason why is where I was living it is far away from my home where I last we're living so now I am back in the community where I have so many pass memories they are good memories also. I feel like God brought me back because truly I was missing because I feel like that's home. If you haven't had their breakfast I like the Homestyle breakfast and this is what comes on scrambled eggs, hash browns, breakfast sausages, and one terrific fluffy biscuit that will knock you off your feet. I wanted to treat myself because I'm back in the community where I love the atmosphere. I really don't know what Drew me to go and get breakfast at Braum's and it was quite early but I did. And I wanted to order to go so I can eat and relax at home afterwards after I got finished I was so satisfied but I also wondering why it took me so long to eat there are breakfast. I was passing them up for all the years of my life and going somewhere else where I shouldn't have went because Braum's breakfast was better. Since I've been back to the community and I have visit at least 4 visit. Good service, good food, and I feel like the price was decent. If the food is excellent the temperature of the food and the food is fresh and I also taste right and also what makes it even better is the customer service. To anyone that read my experiences you cannot go wrong because I'm definitely going to tell you the truth about all of the places I have visit. The ones that I have not responded back because I have been so busy these days. This is what I have to say before I end. I would like to thank all of the morning staff at this location in Irving off of Shady Grove in Irving I don't remember the store number but that's the reason why I'm giving the information that I know. Hopefully I can speak for others. Thank you for satisfying many customers like myself we are very pleased of the friendliness that y'all show and the quality of the food that y'all prepare for us. I am so amazed that I have stop in for terrific breakfast that y'all serve quite feeling and whoever prepared the homemade biscuits tell them I said this well done. Hopefully someone in the corporate office will stop in and let y'all know well done for all the hard workers. May all have a blessed...

The food and ice cream is good however my complaint is about Braum's inability to serve lunch time items around 830am in the morning.

Whataburger, Mama's Diner,and many others modern locations serve everything all times during the day when they are open for business.

Why is it so hard for Braum's to pull this feat off? Not everyone enjoys breakfast meals some people would like to have lunch items when they wake up in the early am.

No it does not take 30 minutes from 830am to switch over from breakfast to making lunchitems.

At most times I had to wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes for most places to make me a lunch and 5 to 10 minutes additional wait time is understandable.

I would not be writing this review if that was the case.

However Braums did not do attempt do that they just blatantly told me "uuhh it's going to be 30 minutes before we do lunch items"

They didn't even work with the customer all I wanted was one chicken sandwich and they act like that's big deal because 830am in the morning.

So in the end yall did not get my business because yall did not act like reasonable people and for also for being unable to serve both lunch and breakfast options like every other up to date restaurant that's in the...

My friend's and myself decided to go out to eat and stopped in here. As always their burgers are awesome same with the fries... I will say that my friend and I got the sweet tea and our first glass was outstanding but they refilled the dispenser and our 2nd glass had a weird flavor so we dumped it out and just got ice. Braums ice runs neck and neck with Sonic so I could eat bags of it (I have anemia). Now being at Braums even if you don't finish your meal especially since their burgers are really delicious and decent size (well for me because I can't eat that much but it didn't go to waste) you have to get something involving their ice cream. They have the best flavors and a very good variety. I got the chocolate vanilla swirl in a waffle cone and I thought I should have just got this or a banana split instead of my meal... life's short eat dessert first LoL. Everyone in the group was very satisfied and we enjoyed our time together and at Braums. Oh and I also wanted to mention that the whole staff was extremely helpful and friendly and our order was on point. Next time I'm back in Irving I'll definitely...
