I was hit by a red light runner with State Farm insurance. I have left 3 voice mails over the last week to discuss my injury claim and have not received a call back despite the adjusters voice mail greeting promising a prompt call back. A week with no call back isn't prompt to me. If she doesn't contact me today, I'll have to get a lawyer which I wanted to avoid doing.
