Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Irving

This place advertises on their door and online that they close at 10:00pm on Saturdays. We arrived well before closing time and there were other people in the drivethrough trying to get someone to respond to them. They gave up and drove off. We pulled up to the window and knocked on the glass. Finally this rude lady came into sight and yelled at us that they were closed. I responded that it was not 10:00pm yet. She she the owner told them to close at 9:00pm tonight. Obviously the owner does not know how to run a business. Schlotzsky's can be a hit or a Miss just depending I think mostly on the location. This was the first time I had come to this location. It took me a moment to notice the Bell on the counter but once I rang the bell the person taking orders came right out. There were a few new items on the menu since I had been to Schlotzsky's. I asked a couple of questions and the guy there was happy to answer. it took about 5 minutes or so to get the order. Someone walked in behind us and stated his name while he was behind us. Instead of forcing him to wait his turn by taking out order first, we were forced to wait until he found his call-in order in the back. We sat down after ordering and then he brought out a to-go bag because he didn't bother asking if it was for here or to go when we ordered which we then had to ask for because he wasn't smart enough to see that we had seated ourselves to eat. The restaurant wasn't clean. The bread was sub par for Schlotzskys and there were drinks that were "unavailable". Won't...
