Good afternoon to everyone hope everyone is having a blessed day. Before I tell y'all our experiences today I like to thank God for blessing us to be here and blessing of what I health and strength I cannot help myself because I know that God created me and I can't not do nothing without him. So moving right along to our experiences at Wendy's you know I have been to places to eat hamburgers in my days but since y'all do want me to be honest and that's how I am I'm very honest I don't have anything to lie about but I really was so shocked when we stopped at Wendy's drive-thru matter fact twice and both experiences was very good I couldn't believe it. And let me explain myself when I say this we have went to Wendy's in North Dallas and also Carrollton and I do believe also Midway and Trinity Mills and I think we have been to the one all for Marsh and Frankford Road. We decided to go by in the Drive-Thru both times like I said and their burgers were so good and fresh that really hit the spot and I mean spot. I believe we was at the right place at the right time on that day and when we was in drive-thru we was given the lady over the speaker I will order and she was so polite I couldn't help myself the tell her once I met her to pay for the food I had to say ma'am new was one of the best in the Drive-Thru that I have ever met her customer skills was on point if you know what I mean. You know how sometimes when you ordering your food and you won't it specifically special made and certain vegetables you want extra and when I say extra the pickles in your onion was so fresh it makes you just want to go back because of the politeness and also the greeting of the person who took your order that was makes the whole complete of the order So Satisfied you have to let them know that you are very satisfied with the service it is my duty to come on here and let you know my experience and also my family members as well. But I'm not saying the other Wendy's was terrible they was not as good as this one that's all I'm saying and I'm being honest and truthful to my words that I put out here. This is to all the hard workers in the restaurant business we of customers really do appreciate y'all hard-working people I didn't mean all over the world that I am speaking for today. I know sometime it get kind of rough and they say tough cooking over a hot stove every day of your life but it is well appreciated to you all. This message is for the people that's in the higher places that I am directing to and when I say this two CEO of Wendy's company it is some real hard rocking people that really do enjoy their job and in the restaurants. I can say this because I have witness this so I am a well-known customer in the community that enjoy time to time to restaurants over the years of my life with my family members and Christian brothers and sisters so while I have the opportunity to reply on the behalf of hard workers today thank you so much for your hard work that you do God bless you all and I also have a happy holiday season and please be safe always remember God...

This place is a dumpster fire of failure and I'm dumb for even trying. Damn the convenient location.
Since my previous episode (a year ago)I've tried twice to get food from here.
The first time, they didn't have regular Coke, just Cherry Coke. You know, because the coke syrup was empty. Which meant that they gave me a cherry syrup and carbonated water.
The second, after waiting in line at the drive thru for like 10 minutes I was informed that they'd only be taking cash.
This place needs to get it's "stuff" together. I have no faith in their ability to serve food or drink in exchange for payment.
Previously:
I was cut in line in the drive thru so that some woman could drop off Chipotle for the employees.
In their enthusiasm for getting their food, they botched my order. I ordered two sandwiches a medium fry and and a medium coke. First they tried giving me the fries coke and one sandwich with nuggets I didn't order. Then they demanded I pay them for another meal. I corrected that I just wanted the other sandwich. At this point they hand me the bag with the extra fries and said whatever.
It wasn't until my gf and I got home and started eating the sandwiches that we realized that they didn't actually give us the sandwiches we ordered. They apparently were too hungry to add lettuce and tomato.
I hope the Chipotle...
Read moreI have photos attached for proof. An hour ago 12:01 a.m. I went to Wendy's and ordered 2 Dave's doubles, (mine) with Mayo, cheese, lettuce, & tomatoe only (see photos). I ask for my receipt, and the lady taking my payment asks "what you don't trust me?" I tell her it's not you necessarily that I don't trust her, I don't even know you to say that, but that I always ask for a receipt just incase something is wrong. Once I make it home and get my food out, I notice my burger is incorrect (see attached photos). I call the store to let them know, and the lady I spoke with says I can come back to have it fixed. I say no due to travel time and it's late, but they can do it another time. She says she will leave a note, and I then ask who I was speaking with. It just so happens to be the lady that I had the encounter with at the window. I tell her "Do you now understand why I get my receipts?" With no attitude by the way, & she then gives me a smart remark about how she is not going to argue with me about a receipt and etc, and that I can bring the food back to get it fixed. She is literally the person that started the whole issue after I asked a simple question, but when I call them out on it, all of a sudden I am the problem? Horrible customer service is what that is! I do have her name, but will leave...
