I order the Paneer Ghotala (as per the recommendation of the server) along with many other items. My wife and I both only ate one bite of the Ghotala and we couldn’t believe how spicy it was. I kindly requested the server to remake it and her response was extremely rude and said oh we make it this spicy by default and next time you want it mild you have to specify it and said no to remaking it. I then requested to speak with the manager and he also proceeded to tell me that he had personally made that entree and that I wasn’t “capable of handling their standard spicy level” and to tell them to make it mild next time. All other items we ordered were as per their “standard spicy level” and we were able to eat those just fine. So instead of accepting the fact that maybe they made this one extra spicy by mistake and just kindly remake it, they started to blame me that it’s my fault. After getting fed up, when I requested for a refund for the entree, the manager again declined and said it’s not their mistake so they can’t give a refund. Finally after more argument he then showed some sign of decency and offered to make something else for us after we had competed our meal and were heading out the door. (At which point I had no interest in taking any more food from them. I just wanted my money back for that entree.)

As if this wasn’t enough, another extremely disrespectful thing that happened was when I left from the counter after this whole altercation with the manager, I grabbed a to-go box to pack some left over veg pulav. The server came rushing behind me and proceeded to grab the uneaten paneer Ghotala plate that was still sitting on our table and threw it in the trash can behind us to ensure we didn’t pack it up to-go along with our rice. How humiliating is that?

Incredibly rude & disrespectful service, terrible experience, and left with the feeling that I wasted my hard earned money - will certainly not...
