Where to begin?
When I got there, the ceiling looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Bathroom is a small little closet room.
I was told they had the best sandwiches. The tastiest sandwiches.
I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak with a side of Mozzarella Sticks. My mother, who recommended the place and was there for the ride, ordered a Pastrami.
The pastrami was rubbery, cold and looked like it needed a bit more time in the fires. And when you opened the hood in that sandwich, it looked empty. The meat was only in the center and very little of it.
The cheese steak was moist. Too moist. It lacked cheese, when it clearly was labed "Philly Cheese Steak". The flavor was okay, but nothing that screams: "this is the best sandwich I've had." More like: "my university cafeteria has a very similar tasting sandwich to this".
The Mozzarella Sticks? Oh boy... Where to begin? Spongy. Tasteless and bland. Not even salt could fix those puppies up. When you have to dip your Mozzarella Sticks on the sauce, you know youve done something wrong. You should be able to enjoy them sauceless.
Fries were bad. Period. Downright tasted like used oil.
Would I be back? Maybe? If they fix...
Read moreThis message is for the new restaurant in San Sebastián, I totally was excited for them to open, I waited about 3 months eagerly. I went with my daughter to the restaurant, I walked, nice place, bright colors, very nice. Then I asked the workers if their sandwiches looked exactly like the photos on the wall, they all said yes. But sadly it wasn't not true, they lied. I ordered an XL pastrami sandwich, it is supposed to have one pound of meat, meat!!! But it was FAKE NEWS, it did not have one pound, it had about 1/4 pound of meat, and it had about 1/4 pound of tomatoes and too much mustard. The fries were cold, and the two side orders of onion rings were burnt and totally cold, they weren't even warm, even the Pepsi was watery and flat. I don't eat money, I enjoy eating out but, this was not worth the $21.21, I almost shed a tear for the disappointment I felt for not the food but for expecting more of them. At least, the girls at the register were polite and respectful and professional, but the food sucked... You need to do better, if not you...
Read moreVisito este lugar con cierta frecuencia y por lo general las veces anteriores he tenido experiencias positivas. Se lo he recomendado a familiares y amigos como un lugar agradable, y donde sirven un buen producto.
En esta ocacion una experiencia totalmente diferente. Aparentemente la cajera y su compañera no se encontraban de buen humor. Pero si de humor para vacilar con quien aparentaba ser un empleado en su día libre.
Hago mi orden y le indico que deseo dos cafes. Uno al momento, y el segundo con la orden. Le pago, y le pido mi primer cafe. Con actitud me contesta, "te lo doy ya mismo". Me muevo hacia el lado, y espero un par de minutos. Al ver que la joven no reaciona. Entiendiendo que me lo va a llevar a la mesa, procedo a sentarme.
La misma procede a limpiar la mesa a mi lado. Barre el área, y regresa al counter. Me llaman a recoger la orden, y "surprise" dos cafes en la bandeja. Le indico que retire uno de los cafes, y me devuelva el dinero, porque unos de los cafe era antes de la orden. La misma se molesta y me indico, "tiene que entender que tenemos un rush, y aprenda a tratar a las personas". ¿Pedir un rembolso es tratar mal al empleado? Le indique que aprendiera hacer su trabajo y a escuchar al cliente.
Para estar vacilando con quien aparentaba ser un empleado en su día libre, no había rush. Para estar mofeandose de la situación con los compañeros detras del counter no había rush. El aparente empleado a su salida pasa cerca de la mesa y en voz alta indica. "Aqui se da un servicio excelente" y mira hacia la mesa con actitud. Como empleados ustedes no me están haciendo un favor. Yo estoy pagando por producto y servicio. Si esta de mal humor, y no sabe manejar un rush quedece en su casa. Si hay rush para usarlo como excusa, no este vacilando a la vista del público. No se mofe del cliente donde se escuche.
En verdad una experiencia desagradable, e incomoda. Entienda antes de llegar a este lugar pase por cuatro lugares que dan el mismo tipo de servicio. Hay más Coca-Colas en...
