unfortunately, our experience was not the greatest. we purchased a vanity set for the master bathroom. our nightmare started the day of delivery which we paid fore. the crew wanted to drop the shipment in the garage since our home is two levels which require an extra 50 dollars never was told. crew was impolite had to call the store after a while management gave to okay to bring to the house but only after we told them the shipment was going back and wanted a full credit. problem number 2 the mirror nor the upper cabinet which are to light up came with a plug in cord instead cut cable that need adapters. number 3 told you could switch the drawers to adjust to the plumbing not true drawers are labeled 1 and 2 , they cannot be switch otherwise they do not closed or center properly. not at all what expected. when we called to explained the situation. The option they offer was the fix the piece . we explained that’s not what we purchased that the were deceiving the customer by not been clear and truthful, but they were not listening to the problem the sale was done and really didn’t care about anything else their customer service is very undesirable. still waiting for a call back from district manager. Will never recommend...

Staff is friendly and helpful but have a habit of leaving out important details when it comes to the products they sell. Bought a bathroom vanity set with mirror, when the warehouse employee opened the vanity for inspection, noticed that the ceramic sink had scratches on it and the employee asked me if the sales employee had not told me about this since all of those vanities had arrived with damage, which they did not. In addition, after accepting the vanity as is, I went to test the mirror at home only to find out that the mirror had a European connector. Called the store and the employee said that its not a big deal since you can simply purchase an adapter in any hardware store. This is the kind of details that should be said up front, this lack of information makes it seem like the employees just want to sell regardless of customer...

I just went today, checked on the web and close time was 6pm, we arrived at 5:05pm and to my surprise we got the door closed on us because apparently they closed at 5pm. I told her web page said close time was at 6pm and she gave me not so good look and just closed the door. We were 2 families outside and 2 possible sales they lost ... not the best experience... please update your info online and give proper training to your employees on how to...
