❌DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE ❌I went on Friday with the only issue of my phone not being able to charge. After paying $50 to change my port to be able to charge my phone as soon as I left the shop I had issues with the microphone the people I call cannot hear me clearly it sounds muffled and far so I called right away (to the shop) letting them know I didn’t have that issue before. They told me to bring it back and leave it until Monday and that it would be the” first phone out “ since they were the ones to ruin my phone. I wasn’t happy about these new issues so I left my phone for all those days. When I get there my phone was NOT ready like THEY SAID it would be (so they lied) made me wait a ton of time to give me the same defective phone with an issue THEY created. I had to go back and forth trying to prove that they messed it up and finally they blamed the issue on MY PHONE COVER that I already had for a year so it’s definitely NOT that! But at that point I was SO MAD I just left. I would NEVER step foot in that place again. This is the first time this has happened to me with a phone company that “fixes “ phones. I would HIGHLY recommend to go SOMEWHERE ELSE because you might end up with issues u didn’t have in the first place. All this happened from Friday September 8 2023 to Monday September 11 2023 so u guys know how recently I just went. Want my honest opinion? I give this place 5 red flags 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩Ain’t no body got time for that & I’m telling you this experience because I don’t want anyone else go through what I had to. Ustedes saben que yo no soy de hacer un post asi pero, si tienen un play sucio o dañado no lo llevan a #freakeletronics de isabela porque te lo van a quemar. Yo lleve mi play 5 el jueves temprano pa una simple limpieza, un play que funcionaba de lo más bien de que nada de nada. Lo llevo a freak de isabela me dijeron se tarda 1 hora y media. Lo llevo temprano y no me llaman en todo el dia. Los llamo cuando están apunto de cerrar pa saber y me dicen "lo iba hacer hoy pero me puse otras cosas".

Entiendo que si tienen trabajo o otros play ante que el mio se van a tardar, pero no me diga una hora y media cuando tienes cosas que hacer. Eso es como pedir una pizza y decir que se tarda 20 minutos pa hacer pero no decir que tienes 8 pizzas antes. So espero el otro día y me llaman las 3 de la tarde. Busco mi play llego a casa conecto el enchufle y al instante empieza botar humo. Los llamo y les explico mira el play empezó a botar humo. Llego aya y le explico lo que pasó y el muchacho me dice que ni me cree. Le digo huele el play mano huele a quemao. Rápido lo abre y me dice puede ser el abanico. Le dejo el play y se quedan todo el fin de semana con el. Llamo el lunes como a las 12 y pico. El muchacho me dice que no fue el abanico fue a cambiar el power supply y tampoco prendió que iba a chequear si se cruzo un cable y si se quemo el Mother board. Le pregunto si el Mother board esta dañado se jodio el play. Me dice si pero no puedo llegar a esa conclusión porque no lo e chequeado.

Le pregunto y si ese es el caso que van hacer? Me dice pues seria darte un play nuevo porque no hay remedio. Llego hoy alla personalmente ahi a ver que me decían. Me dicen que SI se quemo el Mother board y de que no lo bregan y tienen que mandarlo pa otro lado.(CUANDO YA ME DIJERON QUE ME IBAN A DAR UN PLAY NUEVO SI QUEMO EL MOTHER BOARD) Dijeron que cambiaron el power supply y prendió y después no prendía más na que en si no hace sentido y literalmente otro cuento de lo que me habían dicho originalmente. Le digo mano pues ustedes me deben mano, ese play te lo entregue funcionando de lo más bien. Nunca se me daño, nunca se me apagaba. Uso a diario aveces todo el dia prendido y nada de problema hasta que lo traje acá.

Me dicen negativo te entregamos el play funcionando y de que mi play le daño un power supply. Le dije que el play empezó a botar humo rápido que lo conecte que ni si quiera lo logre a prender. Y me vienen a decir que eso pudo ser un bajon que me lo daño y que no saben si le entregue el play mio funcionando. Eso fue como escupirme la cara. Le dije de que tu habla mano si el día ante de llevar mi play te traje los controles pa que me arreglaran el drift, pa que carajo voy arreglar mi controles si no me funciona el play. No hace sentido. Se pararon el la de ellos y yo tambien, Y al final no llegamos a na. Me seguían preguntando si ellos lo pueden mandar a uno tipos que chequean el Mother board y pues ni modo. Ellos no quieren ser responsables por los daños que ellos causaron y tampoco tienen palabras los hijos de la gran putas estos. So posteo esto pa que sepan y pueden evitar mierdas y injusticia. El que me conoce sabe que el play no tenía problema pasábamos horas...
