Manifestomocktailbar is such a cute and peaceful spot in Isabela, just a short drive from the beach. They have blown my mind with how delicious (and I mean ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS) a healthy meal, nutritious drink and coffee can be. It was so interesting to see the blend of flavors they created to make your mouth water with every bite and leave you wanting more and more and more lol If you have not visited them yet, please do! What a treat to have found this place in the heart of Isabela. We were looking for a healthy option for lunch and decided to come in here. We ordered the manifesto sandwich (best sandwich I've had on the island, not exaggerating), the tuna sandwich, a delicious green smoothie, and a coffee drink called golden milk. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the golden milk but that may be because I was expecting more of a coffee taste to it. It wasn't bad, just wasn't what I was expecting. But still good!
