This is on my property where I work at. The bacon burger was really delicious. They were a bit busy, and it took about 45 minutes to get it. When, I placed the order, I was told that it was no fries. Then I started seeing fries on other people plates. When my order came up and she was putting BBQ chips on the tray, I asked her if there were fries because we wanted fries, but I was told they were out. I’m kind of wondering about the staff training at this hotel? I walked up to the counter to order as the person behind the counter threw a box at another member of staff clearly thinking it was funny? I guess it is when you don’t have a customer standing between you and the other member of staff?

Then the style of service? kind of I really don’t give a crap about you or your needs
