Had a great experience today w the manager of Snow Canyon FeelLove Coffee, AnnaLee. Nowadays, it seems like customer service isn’t as important as it once was, but not so here. A month ago, I and a friend made our first visit here and purchased about $14.00 dollars of coffee and food, but were unintentionally charged double -$28.00. I was shocked at the price but was in a bit of a hurry, so moved on, assuming this was a ridiculously high priced coffee shop. Upon later review, I realized I had been double charged (I tipped on it too). When I came back to St George three weeks later, I went in to get a coffee and to try talking to the manager, hoping she would believe me. Without hesitancy, AnnaLee looked at my phone showing the receipt and refunded not only the $14.00 difference, but the entire amount paid, AND…AND… gave me a free 20 oz latte to boot!! I tried to pay and she refused my money. Wow! So impressive. Made my entire day. They went far above and beyond. Left me feeling a little guilty for getting everything free, but also ready to pay it forward. Highly recommend FeelLove for their food and drink quality and especially for living up to their name. Read moreIt breaks my heart to review this cafe so low, but the heartwarming and ultra-kind staff can’t make up for this Dubai-priced (literally $2-3 more than Manhattan prices), HomeGoods sales-aisle decorated mess of a cafe. If only they looked behind them to see the gorgeous red rocks location and took some inspiration, instead, it is the land of fake silver ceilings, tacky furniture, “art” and more. Honestly, I could accept this if it weren’t for the $7 (!) medium cold brew that was average at best. (The best chain cold brew in town is found over at Dutch Bros, with an equally kind staff and cheaper prices.) I’m not sure what is going on here - but it seemed popular, so I guess people in the area either have no other close options or they like the… ambiance? 5 stars to the baristas though. They definitely put the love in the name.
For the owners - tear out all of the decor, paint the space in harmony with the location, hire some local artists - make it a sanctuary in the middle of a natural one. Then lower the prices to match a cafe in a strip mall with a gas station, not the Raffles Singapore. Then I’d be 5...
Read moreFirst time going to this location, not a fan. The lady at the drive though didn’t seem happy. Again never been to this location before, I was told to pull to the window after ordering and sat at the window for approximately 5 minutes before the drive through worker came through the back door telling me there was another window I needed to go to. Once at the “correct” window I waited another one to two minutes before the same worker showed up to take my payment. I was in the drive though (order to receiving everything) for 10 minutes, for two drinks and one food item. She then proceeded to give me the wrong order. I’m assuming it was one of the multiple cars behind me. And then got upset when I asked for a receipt after all was said and done. I wanted to ask if I could add on a pumpkin scone and even thought about going back through the line to get one as I forgot to order it when I first arrived. But didn’t want to deal with the long wait and deal with the...
