Chicken Holiday & Grill — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Picked up our order when we got it home it wasn’t what was stated on menu. Called up and was given an attitude like we were bothering the person who answered the phone. Who then wanted to argue about what we read. Food wasn’t touched and was told multiple times they would not take the 2 things we had a problem with, wasn’t asking for a refund just to get something equivalent to the price or pay the difference if it was more. Still given a problem was tools they had to call the manager who didn’t answer. What has happened to the great customer service we always have here. 2 weeks ago tried to place an order. Took 10 minutes for them to figure if they deliver to us which we told the guy on phone you've delivered many times. We been ordering there for 40 years. Once they got the fact they can deliver to us guy on phone says minimum order 30 bucks. Really that's like 2 dinners at your price gouged operation we minimally order 80 bucks when we order. They didn’t have 3 of the items I wanted to order. Portions of potatoes was very small, the potatoes were cold and limp. Yesterday’s left overs? Not sure what the rib sauce was but it had a cinnamon flavor to it. Nasty. Couldn’t eat it. The chicken empanadas were cold and had small pieces of bone in them.
