When I couldn't find what I was looking for, after 10 min, he went to the manager, who came out with an attitude and told me to try Hat Box and Marcy's, because Borsalino is a better quality hat ( not sure what shaychus that had to do with the situation). Kudos to you arrogant young man; don't bully customers into buying a hat that they are not happy with. A customer buying a 4-600 dollar hat ( or any price range for that matter) should be treated with respect. I walked out of the store with disgust and a terrible distaste for that location. I had the great pleasure of visiting Borsalino’s new store in Jackson township New Jersey this afternoon. It’s a beautiful store loaded with beautiful Hasidic Jewish gentleman’s hats. I was there to have a Panama hat I’d purchased in Rome three weeks ago and ruined as I packed it in a suitcase for my flight back to the US steamed by Karmel the hat repair man.
