El Rincon Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Personally I wouldn't even give one star don't get me wrong the service was good BUT the food suxked! I feel as if they cook the food in the morning and serve it all day.. I'm sorry but when I order a steak fajita I think of REAL steak and it to be HOT and steaming off of the metal plate... nope cold as could be! Rice wasn't even hot! Also, my boyfriend got a burrito with chicken and he said it tasted like it sat in hot water over night then they just threw it on the grill with no seasoning or anything! Terrible terrible terrible! This place always has great food and service. I frequent this place often and have never had an issue. Today I had my first issue with a take out order.. I thought. It was actually my fault, I thought they missed a whole part of our order but it was me actually thinking one dish was just the rice and beans they give along with the food. So I drove all the way back, a little grumpy. The staff was courteous and replaced an order they already gave me...with little to no trouble. Family of 4, we came in on a Saturday night around 8:30ish.. wasn’t busy at all.. food was sub-par (not very hot, warm at most) and service was the worst I’ve ever had.. took 10 min to even take our order while all the servers were just talking in the back booths.. didn’t get all of our order right then had to wait for the correct order.. server didn’t refill any of our empty drinks, asked for a cheese dip and never received it but still got charged for it.
