My sister, brother in law, and I needed to get a late night meal for us and our whole family after a full day of moving out of a home we’ve grown up in (20 years- so it was an emotional day too). It was an hour before closing and we decided we would order the easiest thing we could for us and them- 3 dinner boxes. After saying our order, the worker seemed to repeat it in anger and, annoyed, he asked what sauces we wanted. We tried to respond as kindly as possible so he knew we weren’t ordering to try and be malicious. When we got to the window, the man working the register window took his card and rolled his eyes as he gave it back. I smiled at him to try again to prove we were truly not meaning any harm- we didn’t think ordering this a full hour before closing was an issue. However, he quickly rolled his eyes at me too. We waited close to 10 minutes for our food which wasn’t an issue at all! We know a lot of places are currently short staffed. No one came to the pick up window, until the man working handed our food out, he said nothing. We thanked him and he replied thank you as he closed the window and quickly ended his sentence with “motherf**er.” We waited at the window for him to look back and see we had heard him, but he must have wanted to avoid any further confrontation and avoided looking out at us. Thankfully we are pretty level headed because if this incident had happened to someone who wasn’t, the workers definitely could have found themself in a dangerous situation because of their own doings. I truly do hope that both of these people we interacted with are fired or severely disciplined. It was extremely disheartening if I’m being...
Read morePlaces an order using the app. On arrival we in put our table number and sat to wait on our food. Keep in mind we are the only customers in side the restaurant. After 15min I approached the counter inquiring about our food, the staff member had no idea what I was talking about. She acted as if we never placed an order. One tray was sitting with a single sandwich on it. After pointing it out she realizes this is our order and proceeded to get the rest of the order and hand me the tray with no apologies. We sat down to eat and quickly realized the food was cold with the exception of the nuggets. I returned to to the counter to find the manager playing on his phone. Once I got the attention of one of the staff member, I informed her the sandwich was cold and need to be replaced. She took the sandwich and ordered the replacement. Once again no apology, manager fails to even acknowledge the problem. He was still consumed by what ever he had going on with his phone. A different staff member hands me. The replacement sandwich without saying a word. Once again no one attempts to apologize for the poor customer service. Overall a very disappointing experience. Employees should not have there mobile devices out in front of customers. Especially the manager. The attached image says it all. How about we put the phone down and cleanup your dinning room and...
Read moreI’m a DoorDash driver; had an order for this place. Pulled up before 1130pm; checked and made sure store was open. All hours posted anywhere; online or at the store anywhere I could find state close was 12 midnight. So then why did I have to call the store from the drive through line just to be told that they’ve been closing at 11? And told that their hours showing 11pm closure are posted. Well, I didn’t find that anywhere. 12 midnight listed. Not 11pm. So then when DoorDash has me take a picture of the listed hours so they can update for their customers and avoid having to cancel an order in the future like I had to tonight, the manager came to the window and asked me what I needed. I explained since they were closed before the hours state, I’m required to take a picture of the listed hours for DoorDash. He repeated “what do you need” and I said, “well, my order would be nice.” To which he laughed.
If your hours posted EVERYWHERE state midnight, and you claim 11 is the norm now and has been, but nowhere lists 11?
🙄 hope you guys find...
