Food is generally good, have had issues in the past with the order being wrong but the staff were always quick to correct it. Tonight I went in to get my order, and was disappointed with the price of the mozzarella sticks and the quality and quantity. When I went back in to bring it to a staff members attention, she asked if I wanted to talk to a manager, I apologized because I realize this was not her fault. She then turned and loudly called for the manager and said that âthis customer wants to talk to youâ and a very annoyed tone, which was rather mortifying. At that point I stopped feeling apologetic. This in turn made the manager more abrasive and he was quite rude himself. I totally get it they are feeling overwhelmed, they have a note on their door stating they are understaffed. I do customer service and I get that it is frustrating, but this gentlemanâs attitude was unnecessary. Perhaps my attitude could have been better, I ordered out tonight myself due to chronic health issues and I donât feel well enough to cook myself. Remember when youâre dealing with the public, they have issues also. Frankly, your inability to deal with customers makes me not want to return. Pretty disappointed.
Edited to reply: go to any mom and pop pizza shop and they serve amazing mozzarella sticks that are golden brown and about three times the size what you serve. Taste and texture is a whole different experience. You are correct, they are all frozen. My comment was that these appeared to be bought at a grocery store, which I assume offended the manager. Iâve looked over other reviews and it seems with some of your pre-frozen foods, youâre getting similar comments. Your made fresh food is AMAZING. Your burgers are out of this world and my chicken tender wrap last night was to die for. But then customers order other food that doesnât match and itâs like going to a completely different restaurant (the person that mentioned the dinosaur chicken nuggets). It makes a customer feel like you canât be sure what youâre going to order is going to be out of this world, or worth spending money. At the end of the day, the mozzarella sticks are silly and NOT why I posted. The two employees attitudes are. Thank you for...
Read moreI went twin kiss and ordered a chicken Parmesan sub with fried chicken. When my order came out I cut the roll on half and took a bite. After biting into the chicken tender I discovered it was still raw, no big deal stuff happens. I ripped another tender in half to see if other pieces were also raw, it wasnât. I took it up to the counter and alerted them that it was still raw and that I had bitten into it and asked if I could have a NEW sandwich. They said yes without an apology for the mistake, and about 2 minutes later came out with the same chicken tenders (ripped and bit into) recooked on a new roll!! I am really questioning the hygiene of this place as it put chicken I had bitten back in its...
Read moreI'm cautioning everyone else against visiting this restaurant late in the day. I stopped over after work for something to eat, I work until 8pm. I arrived around 8:15. With the lobby closed everyone needs to go through drive-through, which I understand. After waiting 15 minutes for the few cars in front of me to go through I was told they were closed at 8:30 and they would not take my order. I understand businesses need to have a closing time, but I have never seen an establishment that will refuse your order after -already waiting in line- before closing. I wish I could say better things as I love their ice cream, but be warned they will refuse orders at...
