Subway — Restaurant in Jackson Township

The service at this Subway has really gone down hill for me in the last 2 or 3 months. The staff seems to genuinely dislike each other, and the sandwiches reflect that. Not long ago this had been my favorite Subway, because the staff was nice. Now, all I see is eye rolling and complaining from some of the staff, with some saying that they are leaving early and are complaining about the other workers. The owners need to get a handle on this, and drop by more often, so I hold them responsible really because their Subway is slipping away from them with really poor help. Just please give me my sandwich and skip the attitude's, Id like to think most of us work hard for our money, and can go anywhere else for a sandwich. That's the problem with places like Subway, you might have a good staff at the moment, only to lose them for a higher paying job the next moment. Don't listen to what the employees tell you about prices. The store owner rang me up at a higher price after I asked the employee before ordering about the price for the new mozzarella cheese and she said it would be the same. He was right there while she made my sub and just said "sorry" as he rang me up at a higher price after clarifying that it should have been a surcharge with the employee. Sorry, sir...the time to make sure your employees have the correct information is BEFORE a customer makes a purchase based on what they were told. I am very disappointed. It would have cost the owner very little to make this purchase right, but he chose not to. Booooooooo! Not likely to return anytime...

I believe 4 stars is good. Most times the service is good and the subs also. I order online then go pick them up, and several times the order was not ready when I got there despite plenty of time to get it together. I can let it pass once, but twice is unfortunate. I still go here as I believe Subway has the best fast food deals especially with coupons.
