Tosco Pizza — Restaurant in Myerstown

WOW !!! This place is awesome. I have driven 2 hrs roundtrip multiple times just to visit Tosco Pizza. My first impression walking into Tosco was how VERY CLEAN the entire restaurant was (including later being pleasantly surprised their restroom facilities were equally as clean). Immediately after deciding, "this place is really clean", I discovered that this place is also VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Despite how busy they were, I was quickly greeted by very friendly staff welcoming me to the restaurant. With my visit off to great start, what about the food??? I've had the pizza, which is EXCELLENT !!! But my favorite (which I will continue to drive 2 hrs round-trip for) is the cheesesteak stromboli. I should have taken pics for this review, it is amazing - a perfectly golden crust, filled with steak, cheese & if you choose, onions. The flavor & texture of the crust is awesome & they DEFINITELY DO NOT short the filling. There is soooooo much steak & cheese in their boli. It is delicious. I like to rate food on a scale of 1 to 10 & Tosco cheesesteak boli gets a 10 !!! Highly recommended !!! The food is good! But every time I order for takeout they ALWAYS mess something up! I’ve ordered several times, bacon ranch fries with a cheeseburger meal. And they charge me the FULL price of the meal plus the full price of the bacon ranch fries. Even after they told me it’ll be a slight up charge. Ordered kids meals, without fries and they charge me the full price of the kids meal. Without telling me. Also ordered the kids meals and received no drinks. (Which is included by the way) when questioned why they charge the way they do they say ‘well the way the system works we can’t a la Carte things’ then I think you should notify your customers that your charging them the full price of the meal without actually receiving the whole meal. I think the excuse is BS. My last straw was my order the other day, I ordered fried pickles and it comes with a side of marinara sauce. They put the sauce in with the pickles while they were steaming hot and the sauce exploded all over the pickles. Everything was soggy and nasty. Whomever packed our order didn’t see the mess in...

This is the first time here and it was absolutely horrible service. We walked in the door at 5:15 seated ourselves right away. Around 5:20 my son ask for a high chair which we got promptly but it was DIRTY! 5:30 waitress comes and ask us what we want for drinks. 5:46 waitress returns with drinks and takes our orders. 6:17 our food is brought to us but it’s the wrong food. Waitress takes it back and brings my son his correct food. I ask the waitress immediately for our bill and to go containers for when we are done. Waitress brings them and never returns Not to even apologize!! 6:45 we ring out because we couldn’t even get refills on our drinks, no napkins..
