Well the food was very delicious, today I had a problem with the service, I was on hold for about four minutes which isn’t a problem, but as soon as the girl answered it was very hard to understand her, but I placed my order and then she immediately hung up on me not taking my card information or asking me about my payment options. I assumed that it was my moms card on file since I had no cash on me so I thought it was already paid for. About 40-50 minutes go by then i get a phone call from the delivery girl saying shes here, I open my door and I do not see her. But I see a car in the middle of the road so then I go outside and see her knocking frantically on the wrong door. I live in a apartment complex and my number is 40 she was knocking on the house 48 which is extremely far from my house. I approach her and ask if that was for my apartment number she said no then proceeded to keep repeating the cost of the pizza, in the moment I thought it was another apartment number and I went to point her in the direction but instead she hands me the pizza and goes off to her car without a word. I thought the pizza was paid for but then i waited like two minutes and I get another phone call from her and I realized I have to pay her with cash I do not have. Luckily my sister had cash so I took it from her and I had to go out to her car which was a bit of a walk, like what the whole point of delivery is so that I don’t leave my house. She had no bit of remorse for the poor peoples house she kept banging on or apologize for that factor and even asked me how much change I needed. When I told her what happened with the phone the only response she had was shrugging at me saying she doesnt know. I have never been so irritated in my life especially on a day when I am not feeling so great, hopefully you guys do better with your delivery service cause I was not happy with it at all today, and teach your employees...
Read moreLet me start by saying we have been ordering from Romeo’s frequently for about a year, even ordering a large order for a party. The past few times we have ordered things haven’t been as good as usual and things have been missing. Ok, everyone has bad days so we looked past it. Today was it. We ordered penne vodka pizza, which came so dry it barely had any sauce on it and was pretty inedible. We also ordered buffalo calamari with blue cheese, which has been missing every time we have ordered it. The calamari was mushy and also inedible. At least it has been good in the past. When we called to address our concerns with the woman who answers the phone we were met with nothing remotely close to a resolution. We were spoken over, told nothing is different and that they don’t know what the problem is and everything we ordered was good. Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! Be warned this place is run like an outdoor wood shack. Manuel, an employee there has no customer service skills and is very rude. I asked to speak with the owner or manager regarding my concerns and was denied, as if that information cannot be obtained from business licensing from the state/township LOL. He then hung up on me. Rude uneducated employees. Not to mention that they have cockroaches in their establishment. Website is out of date and prices are completely inaccurate. Food consistency is always changing. Maybe due to the several changes in management/ownership over the last few years. A word of advice for the owner. Maybe take care of the customers and hire people with some skills that are able to effectively communicate.
