
I have been here more times than I could count. But today was my day to get the WRONG ONE.
I Just left your drive-thru and your “C team” barista could not have been more rude or have listened less.
I placed a Mobile order, and as I pulled in I missed the speaker from the entry point that I pulled in from.
I immediately explained this to the barista at the window and said “ugh my bad I didn’t stop there at the speaker” To which she equipped back “UUUUUUhmm just so you know, you need to go to that speaker first. ANNND you just placed the mobile order ONE minute ago.” (add the typical slowed/ rude undertone to get that very specific condescending ‘you are bothering me’ tone) & She said that AFTER I had already explained what happened. (aka I said sorry and she wasn’t even listening AT ALL) So after her rudely toned comment; I replied “Yes I just told you that when I pulled up and if you’d like me to pull around the whole building and come back, I can do that.” To which she said “NO it was just placed like a minute ago so it’s gonna be some time” and shut the window. The best part about the entire experience was the fact that almost simultaneously as she slammed her window shut in my face, my alert popped up that my 2 coffees were ready! ! As a business owner myself, I can empathize with the bad hire/ wrong person / wrong face in position issue but if someone is going to be the face of my business, if I’m not there, I’d rather have walked in and made the entire thing myself today. Read moreService has changed here. Sloppy drive thru orders. Mistakes over n over. For me, it's been going even more downhill (since 2023 order issues)... like in early October! I mean, like the last time I went there (recently) with my 2 nieces, they messed up both the girls' orders! They ordered a non-caffeinated hot drink (creme something), but they both received lattes with caffeine. They didn't notice until we're got like nearly home. To drive all the way back there, smh, and waste gas too! I ended up with 3 drinks!!! Lmao 🤣 So was it a bad thing?! Lol 😆 😒 🤔 BUT my drink was not so hot anyways... only one car in front of me and c behind me, no long drive thru line, and my drink still was made sloppy and limp! I was so hoping they'd improve this year. This was my daily morning coffee run M-F routine for 5 years or more. UGH! I've stopped going as much. Overall I am very impressed with your business model except for the prices being so very expensive I wish you did more to provide discounts not just star deals and other gimmicks. This is a really important time to utilize healthy environments and your layout in the coffee shop actually works for the benefit of us all. So again I would ask for cheaper prices on grande drinks during this tough economic time and I know that you are doing your best that you can do but happy service staff isn't enough when everyone's struggling right now.
