Had a terrible interaction with their closing manager on the night of September 20, 2024. A loved one had lost their phone and hadnât realized until we were very far away. We called and she basically rushed us off the phone. The second time I called (once we finally were able to confirm that said missing phone was inside or very close to the front door of the building via location sharing) she got really nasty with us. Kept getting sarcastic saying things such as âThis is totally what I want to be doing right nowâ and âThis really isnât my jobâ. I was nothing but kind to her on the phone. Kept thanking her for checking at first and apologizing for the inconvenience multiple times.
I am never one to get upset with a service worker, as I also work in the service industry and understand the BS we have to deal with on a daily basis, but I have NEVER spoken to a customer the way she spoke to me. I had to hand the phone off to someone else because she was being so rude and I couldnât handle it in the high stress situation.
We were finally able to get back to the location after 1 am and luckily found it by the front door of the location. I know, I know, it isnât her job to keep track of our things. We get that, it was just the way we were spoken to and treated when we were being nothing but nice to her during the phone call until she started to be rude and insulting.
ALSO let me just add that we werenât asking her to search for the phone until it was found. Because of the kind of phone it was (not an iPhone), we were able to play a sound no matter how far away we were. All we wanted to know was if she heard the sound. Then we would know whether it was inside the store or outside. If it was inside, great! We would come make the trip the following day and everyoneâs mind would be at ease for the night. If she heard it outside or anything similar to that we would have said thank you and we would come search the parking lot and she could go on her merry way. We never wanted HER or any other team member to actually physically search the parking lot, just poke an ear out and let us know if she heard a little jingle. She just kept saying that she wasnât doing that because it wasnât her problem to solve. We didnât need you to fully solve our problem, itâs our problem, we just wanted some grace.
I will say that our server while we were actually eating at the restaurant was so nice, but someone needs to tell this girl how a manager is actually supposed to speak to a customer. This experience really put a bad taste in our mouth and we will never...
Read moreSo very disappointed at how this place has gone downhill. Prices of course, like everywhere, have gone way up but the quality n service went wayyyy down. Used to have my favorite loaded fries(they call em preferred)-- they were disgusting; cheese sauce on them was not very flavorful, had a weird, wayyyy too nacho-ey taste had like a radio active neon orange color unlike the stuff they used to use which was very creamy n had a great seasoned flavor to it with the right amount of bite-fries themselves, were definitely over-cooked(or double dipped-ie, fried once n then thrown back in fryer to warm back up). My chicken sandwich was very dry, probably just overcooked as well but the chicken breast itself and also it was supposed to be the chicken parm but there was barely any of the marinara on it to even taste it and she refilled my empty glass when she brought the bill(making the less than appealing meal all the more dry n bland) with no refill. So trying to eat the entire meal without a beverage too was a huge turn off for me(n all 3 of us kept watching for her, it wasn't like she was running around busy waiting on other tables- she was just nonexistent). My son will eat pretty much anything, but he's very up on seasonings with a knack for cooking quite well, especially for a 14yr old n even he was pretty disappointed in the quality of his meal(he ate half of it n took the rest to go- just to take it home n end up throwing it away; cuz he felt bad leaving it n looking wasteful). It wasn't like you could say something about it with Houdini as your server.
When she brought the bill she dissappeared again forever, we literally waited another 20 minutes just for her to come back in to get card to run it. Never again. There are way too many delicious local mom n pop type area businesses to support vs these chains that just don't seem to care anymore about the quality of what they're serving just the...
Read moreI will Never Ever eat at this establishment again ever! Iâm so beyond upset with the service I received upon walking through the door. The hostess was very rude seemed to have an attitude with the questions I had. We had a big group because of an event that I was apart of on Saturday February 8th. We finally seated across from our group. Mind you the host know we was apart of this group. So it came time for drink orders and the waitress came took all the group across from us but did not get ours till way later. What ever fine ok. When it came time to take orders Again she took the group across from us. I called for her, but she ignored me mind you the hostess shouldâve known to tell the waitress and did that we were part of that group so when she came back to the table to order a little bit later, I asked her can you put our order in with theirs? We are with them for an event and we need to leave when they leave. Our waitress proceeds to get an attitude with me and rudely said I just took their order and now Iâm taking yours. The thing is yes she took there order but went to put it in then 10 minutes later came to take ours. I just donât understand if she knew we were together. Why wouldnât she take it at the same time? I just feel like our group that was sitting across from our other group was not treated fairly. Anyways, she came and got the checks for the other group, but not our group but we were all together for this event. Needless to say we got our checks late almost missed the event and all the hustle of trying to rush to get there one of our group did miss the event. I know people are gonna spellcheck, or hate me for punctuations. Whatever shame on you because we were going to an event for a charity and just barely missed it because a waitress wanted to seclude us. I have eaten there before in the past events for the school system and never got...
