I’ve never had food from this place and decided to stop by in the early afternoon and dine in. The server promptly stopped by and asked me what I wanted to drink and came back quickly with my water. She then told me she’d give me a couple minutes. It honestly felt like forever because I was starving and knew exactly what I wanted. The restaurant had just me and then a party arriving (maybe 3 people were there- also they have a small separate party room which is nice) I waited for my server to return but it took a while (in realty maybe 5-10 minutes) I decided to get up and order take-out instead because I felt like it was taking a while. I ordered and left to run an errand. I have a recommendation. I think the server needs to ask ā€œare you ready or do you need a minute?ā€ Vs ā€œI’ll give you a minuteā€ bc she said that and then rushed off. Service 4/5. Now the food is a different story. I ordered the chicken Parmesan and it was SO GOOD. 5/5!!! The chicken was cooked PERFECTLY and I also ordered a side of Alfredo sauce and it was so good. I can tell it’s cooked to order (if not I don’t wanna know šŸ˜‚) The food was AMAZING and I highly recommend it. I think I was just hungry and cranky and came back, apologized if I was rude bc I was hungry. Overall I give this place a 4.7/5. I’m impressed because their take-out was AMAZING! Definitely stop by because it’s quality!

Do not be fooled by the outside of the building. This was simply the best meal my family and I have had in a restaurant in a long time. Exceptionally good food and a reasonable bill. The atmosphere is small and homey. Very clean. They make their own bread that's tasty. The sausage onions and peppers marinara pasta was delicious. Most authentic bowl of pasta in the area. Meatball bake was great. Bread pudding was awesome. I have one complaint and only one, took 45 minutes to get our meal. Good food takes time, I'm well aware of that and have no issue with a long wait for home cooked food. But that was a bit much. Don't care. We'll be back.

Found this place on Google. There was 2 of us, they put us in the corner with almost no lighting and we had to turn the table so I wouldn’t knock the fire extinguisher off the wall. Strike one, the appetizers were soo soo nothing too write home about. Bob had the stuffed mushrooms with sausage, they looked kinda dry, I ordered the honey, ricotta with a balsamic drizzle and fresh basil, it came with charred toast. It sounded good and was ok as well. He had chicken parm with spaghetti and I had the eggplant parm. Neither one of us were fans of the sauce, so this is one time I can say that Google missed the mark.

I went in to pick up two Uber orders yesterday evening. Two women who assisted me were both extremely rude. When I went to the counter, the woman said ā€œcan I help you?ā€ I told her that I was there to pick up 2 Uber orders. She rolled her eyes, acted completely disgusted and turned to walk away- she said ā€œsomeone will help you in a minute.ā€ The the owners daughter came to the counter, she was standing across from me, wouldn’t look at me, proceeded to ignore me while she was doing something else. Finally she said ā€œcan I help you with something?ā€ Again I said I was picking up two Uber orders. Before I could tell her the last names of the individuals, she says very disgusted and quite abruptly- ā€œAnd the names??ā€ Again, she was rolling her eyes while walking away. Very rude. She brought the orders to me, they weren’t marked for the individual customers so I politely asked if I could use the marker on the counter to write the name of the customer on the bags? She grabbed the marker and did so herself and then threw the marker across to the other counter with complete disgust. After she gave me the orders, I said very politely I hope you have a better evening, she turned and walked away with a gruff & angry countenance, never said a word. I have a bit of advice for you, if you don’t want to serve Uber drivers or their customers, then lose the service but do not treat us poorly for doing our job! I’ve always wanted to try your food but after the complete disregard and awful customer service, I won’t...

I’m going to start by saying that the food was exceptional. I had the full order lasagna and we also shared an eggplant parmigiana and a pizza and had the fried zucchini as an appetizer. Simple yet very delicious and hearty. Now the bad part… I really want to support local and will continue to do so but like I always say, I don’t mind going out to eat and paying a little more for a good dinner but the service is part of the experience when spending your money especially in today’s economy. We shouldn’t have to ask for silverware when our food comes. But probably the worst thing about eating out is when you order your beverage and you go to have a drink and the glass has that weird egg smell. This is because they are not washing their dishes properly. Something as simple as this can ruin an entire meal because it already started wrong. We did ask the waitress for another glass and she did give us a new cup and drink but to be honest, that second cup wasn’t much better. Local small business or not, if you want a returning customer or recommendation by word of mouth, these little things should be addressed with your kitchen staff and servers. Will try it again since I really liked the lasagna, we’ll see if...
