Service at this location is the worst I have ever seen at an Arby's. Started out wonderful but now it has changed so much I do not even care to visit the restaurant ever again. Arby's needs to make some changes or you will be out of business in no time
Update Sept 23rd at 340pm nothing has changed! I even tried talking to the cashier up front and she completely ignored me. Other than the order she didn't say a word and when I told her thank you she just walked away
This place just keeps getting worse! No wonder we cannot keep any decent restaurants in south Jackson... the individuals being employed must get hired over the phone and are extremely lazy. My beef and cheddar classic seemed too wide as though maybe they were using larger buns... nope open the wrapper and it looks like it's been thru a land slide 🤣🤣 cheddar all over the wrapper not the sandwich ball off beef stuck in the middle of the bottom bun ans the top bun on the other side of the sandwich and the fries have been sitting there for an extremely long time! Long enough for the heat lamp not even to be able to keep them...
Read moreRestaurant #08901 I was disappointed. I ordered the chicken, bacon and swiss. There was one other vehicle ahead of me, already waiting in the drive thru. There were no other customers ordering inside of the restaurant. No other vehicles ordered behind me. The parking lot was empty. So they were not busy and not slammed with orders. It took them exactly 15 minutes to prepare my cold sandwich. I got out of my car and walked up to the door at the fifteen minute mark. I saw them bagging up my food. I then went back to my vehicle. I thought it would be a culinary delight. Maybe they were taking ample time to prepare every single detail because they were perfectionists. I imagined having to let the sandwich cool down before I could take a bite. Boy were my expectations way too high. They could have at least thrown it in the microwave for 30 seconds and melted the cheese a just a little bit. At least the curly fries were not too cold. I do not see them getting a Michelin star...

Ok I replied 10 minutes of the cashier walking in circles laughing kicking with his homies finally took my order for one Arby's sandwich ask fir the Arby's I actually got it. Well I always double check since I plum give up on fast food service now in days.
