I hear oh I'm sorry, as it's dripping down the outside of my car door, or all over the cone with no napkins, today, all over my door ,I heard again oh I'm sorry, it's all over my jeans, my hands and my car and it was just handed to me. Read moreI frequent this Culver’s 1-2x a week, and my order is always correct & the food is always good. I did deduct two stars for the service unfortunately :/ No exaggeration, every single time I come through the drive thru, the order taker is nice & polite, and then whoever is at the window is rather rude. It has happened with multiple employees on mutliple occasions. The person at the window NEVER greets me, and never even says my total, just whips the window open and holds their hand out for my money. This really rubs me the wrong way.
