Pizza Station — Restaurant in Jackson

Ordered a pizza and some breaded mushrooms at 7:03pm. Wait was estimated at 90 mins. A little long of a wait, but not unusual for this place, and we've had good experiences ordering from them in the past. At 8:55pm I called the restaurant and I was told the pizza had already left and should arrive any minute. At 9:17pm I called again and was put on hold while they attempted to call the delivery driver, they came back on the line and said the driver had trouble finding the place. As I hung up the phone the driver arrived. In all fairness, I understand it is difficult to find our place, but if the driver couldn't find the place they should have called. By the time we finally did receive our food (almost 2 and 1/2 hours after ordering) it was luke warm at best and the pizza had shifted in the box leaving nearly half the pizza folded over. Also, as a minor detail, the breaded mushrooms did not come with any ranch sauce as it was advertised. The worst part was, like many other food ordering apps, I was asked to tip the driver while ordering. From now on, I'll just wait to tip until the food has arrived. Almost an hour late justifies a minimal tip if any at all, and had I looked at my pizza before the driver left I would have sent it back with them and demanded a refund.   We are extremely disappointed with our...

Order a pizza and a calzone to be delivered. Said that it was a hour wait, I said okay, well, an hour and forty five minutes later, we got our food. Pizza was incorrectly made, I ordered a pepperoni, onion and black olive small thin crust. Got it with green pepper and sausage, which those two items give me heartburn. The calzone came with no sauce, no sauce on the side, was stuck to a piece of foil that was saturated in grease , that was coming through the box. Also requested no parmesan cheese on top, which apparently, the person taking the order or the person in the kitchen can not follow directions or read. And, food was barely lukewarm. We have eaten in the restaurant, food was good, but, took forever. We have ordered food through delivery before , took over an hour, but was okay. Tried carry out fish fry, never again. Fish was disgusting. Sides were soggy. Had onion rings that the container was partially melted on top. This place is hit or miss. Staff are also rude and snarky...

I usually don't write reviews but something has to be said about the horrible service we've received here. It's hard to focus on the service knowing that my wife and I do like the food and the restaurant. We went here back on Father's day and ordered our dinner. We ordered an appetizer, salad and pizza. We received our drinks and waited for an hour. We never received our food. When my husband asked the waitress what happened with our order, she started going through the garbage looking for our order ticket. Since we liked the food, we decided to give this place another shot. So I placed an online order on 8/15/21 and waited 40 minutes before I went to pick up my food. When I got there, the waitress said to me "Oh, I forgot to put your order in." It was the same waitress that had thrown out our order the last time we went to the restaurant.
