Subway — Restaurant in Jackson

I've never had a big issue with this Subway before, and it may just be a fluke tonight, but it was awful. I placed an order for a wrap online for pick up, go pick up my food, and take it home to eat. When I start to unwrap the paper I notice multiple layers of wrapping, rather than the normal 1 layer, so this already tells me it'll be a little messy. But this was more than just a little messy, I open the wrap completely, after much difficulty because the paper was soaked in sauce and falling apart, and find my wrap almost completely coated in sauce, not cut all the way through, and most of the ingredients already falling out. I can't say for sure that it was already messy when they made it, but based on the wrapping I'd assume the workers knew it was a mess and just didn't care about the quality of the food they were giving away. Definitely won't be ordering a wrap from this store again, and I hope they work on providing better quality food that isn't a total sloppy mess. Decided to go to Subway before heading to college after work. Sat in line for 15 minutes while a young kid took his sweet time making two subs for the gentleman in front of me. Another worker looked like he was preparing a large party order. Neither one of the workers acknowledged me, nor said a single word. I was in a huge hurry to get to class on time and couldn't wait any longer so I left and got something from Culver's instead. I visited the Tilly Lake subway on Hwy 60 in Jackson WI on 12/21/2020 at 3 pm and ordered a tuna sub on flatbread and a salad. During the making of my order I noticed the girl putting yellow pepper pieces having the stems attached. I asked her to please remove those pieces because the are inedible and could break a tooth.
