Hong Kong Express — Restaurant in Jackson

I'm so disappointed. There are so many good reviews, but 3 out of 3 times that I ordered out, my order was screwed up. THE FOOD IS YUMMY, NO ARUGMENT, but I don't like the guessing game of what I am going to get.

First, it was giving me the wrong egg rolls. Then it was the Buddha Delight incident. This is a vegetable dish, at least the description, but I received something that had pork it in and vermicelli noodles, which is no where on the menu.

I called and told them what happened and they said they'd bring a replacement and take back the old one(ew) and they did... BUT IT WAS THE SAME WRONG ORDER AGAIN!!! I have pictures, you cannot pass off vermicelli noodles and pork as something else. The description does not match, it's false advertising. And it doesn't match any other description on the menu. Pork is not mushrooms, noodles are not bean sprouts...

Horrible... first the order was late, understandable though as they said they were busy. Second, forgot an appetizer but they ran it back out after a 2nd phone call. Then we noticed that one of the dishes that was supposed to be meatless had beef in it. A 3rd call ensued, I was then told it was mushroom not beef. I can obviously tell the difference between the two, besides there was also mushrooms in it. Not paying attention to special orders and ultimately lying to the customer is inexcusable, what if someone was allergic! Never going back and I would be wary of ANY order from Hong Kong Express, Chinatown is much much...

This has got to be the most disgusting sweet and sour chicken, pork and shrimp I have EVER eaten.. not only was there so much breading on it the inside breading was pasty.. not to mention the shrimp stew so small you could barely find them. The chicken had the stuff on it that you get when you boil it and the beef had the blood deep fried into the batter .. I'm not only disgusted, I'm disappointed .. I had to get a min of 20 for delivery even though I am less than 2 miles from them.. I also wasted it because imost of it is not edible.... I wish I could add a...
