Worst experience I’ve ever had, outside of one experience in Illinois in which that entire chain was shut down. I have had four bad experiences in a row with Jimmy John’s in Jackson, MO. The final straw was when our ordered a simple combo and it took over 1.5 hours just to receive my complete meal! Then, as I was trying to explain why this is unacceptable to the delivery driver he never once spoke and turned around and left while I asked him what his name is and who is his manager? I had already paid and tipped him! I then filed a complaint with corporate and they suggested that they were so sorry that my orders keep getting to me very late and incomplete I was offered a complimentary SIDE IF I SPEND $20 or more my next order! What I received was a wrap that was square and about the size of a piece of bread. So I decided to call the store to let them know I wasn't happy about paying $10 for what I got. I explained to the manager that the wrap was tiny and square and I ordered the same exact thing last week and it was much different. He suggested they had made it wrong the first time and put too much on it and because I removed the lettuce and tomato it would be smaller. I understand that but I also added cucumbers and there were only 2 on it. And it was square not anything like the picture.
