Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jackson

So, my daughters went to the drive thru on 05/18/24 and they were given the wrong order. They had me call because they didn't want to so I called and told them what happened and was told to come back within the next 48 hours and they would replace the food. They also asked for a name and phone number so I gave them my daughters name and number. I went back the next day and the manager refused to replace the order saying he couldn't find the name or number and I needed a receipt. He said I was lying when I told him they didn't get a receipt. I then got home and my daughter showed me her phone where the same taco bell had called her number repeatedly after I spoke with them and gave them her phone number the previous night? My kids phone was in the car and she didn't realize it. One of the calls was at 2:08 in the morning? I called again and told them. They apologized and said to please come to the drive thru so they could replace the order they messed up. I got there and was told that we had to come in, again, to speak with them. My kid was so upset, she made me leave. Unbelievable! I will show the corporate office the proof of them calling her repeatedly after I gave her number to them. I don't really care about losing $20 to taco bell. This, however, was my daughters $20 that these people ripped off and $20 does mean...

Food is good for what it is. Even when they are busy I usually never wait long for my order. The only complaint I have about this particular Taco Bell is that there is no need for the workers to ask me if I want any sauce SINCE THEY CAN'T SEEM TO EVER PUT ANY IN MY BAG!!!! Is actually ridiculous how often it happens. I haven't gotten any of the sauces I asked for the last 5 times I went there. I think to make up for it, I'm just gonna have to grab a few handfuls of sauce packets next time I'm in there. Not sure why they make $15 an hour if they can't even remember to put the one thing in my bag that they went out of their way to ask me if I wanted 🤦‍♂️

Update: The taco bell in Jackson has yet again messed up our order. We said NO BEANS on the nachos. They repeated no beens back to us. The lady at the window said no beans 2 more times. The receipt says no beans. We get home & open the bag. We got beans. I'm done with the Jackson taco bell. Complaining about their constant mistakes has done nothing to fix the issues. I'm wondering if it is the management that has no idea how to run a store, or maybe it's the store owner that doesn't care about it's customers. Maybe corporate can help fix the problem with that location. That is if they...

I decided to go here for lunch one day. Service was average and I didn’t go inside. I had to go to the store, so I decided to park in the stores parking lot and eat there, then go shopping. I had 3 normal tacos, nacho fries, and a large Baja blast. I got done eating and went shopping, but mid shopping trip, I got intense stomach pain. I decided to wrap my shopping trip up and went home. If you are still reading this, it’s gonna get gross. So I warned you. As soon as I got home I sprinted to my toilet and it started pouring out. It was like a clogged toilet letting out its droppings after 3 years. It wouldn’t stop. There was so much, and the pain wouldn’t go away. After it finally stopped, it smelled EXACTLY like the food I ate, but if it was rotten from sitting in a dumpster for years. My stomach proceeded to hurt for the rest of the day and I didn’t eat anything else. Food did taste good and was properly prepared/packaged, but was horrible on the way out. I don’t recommend this place at all, unless you want horrible stomach pain and potential food poisoning....
